Clinical Study Of Modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Patients With Angina Pectoris After PCI

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of modified gualou xiebai banxia decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and to explore its safety,so as to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of angina pectoris patients after PCI.Methods: Selected 66 patients who were diagnosed as recurrent angina pectoris after PCI and the syndrome type of phlegm and blood stasis in the Department of Cardiology of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to February 2021.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment with aspirin,clopidogrel,atorvastatin and metoprolol,and nitroglycerin tablets were taken under the tongue when angina pectoris attacked.The treatment group was treated with modified gualou xiebai banxia decoction on the basis of the control group,and the course of treatment of both groups was 30 days.By comparing the attack times and duration of angina pectoris,nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,TCM syndrome scoreand curative effect,Seattle angina pectoris scale score and the incidence of advers events between the two groups,to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of modified gualou xiebai banxia decoction.Results: 1.There were 33 cases in the control group,31 cases completed and2 cases dropped.In the treament group,33 cases were completed.2.In terms of improving the symptoms of angina pectoris,both groups could reduce the frequency and duration of angina pectoris after treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the reduction rate of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was 63.64%,and that in the control group was 41.94%,which was better in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in triglyceride(P>0.05).That is,the treatment group can significantly reduce the level of total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol.5.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and curative effect of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P <0.05).6.In terms of quality of life,the scores of five dimensions of the seattle angina scale increased in both groups after treatment.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had no significant difference except the anginal stability and disease awareness in the center of the Seattle Angina Scale(P>0.05),and the other three aspects of physical limitation,anginal frequency and treatment satisfaction were significant,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).7.In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.03% in the treatment group and 19.35% in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The modified gualou xiebai banxia decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease PCI after phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of angina pectoris patients,can effectively alleviate angina pectoris,reduce the amount of nitroglycerin,reduce total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels,but the level of TG in the blood lipid has little effect.2.The modified gualou xiebai banxia decoction combined with western medicine can improve the score of seattle angina pectoris scale and improve the quality of life of patients with angina pectoris syndrome combined with Phlegm and stasis after PCI.3.The modified gualou xiebai banxia decoction can improve the TCM syndrome score and curative effect,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and its safety is good,which is worth popularizing.
