Clinical Effect Of Shujing Tongdu Manipulation On Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Diarrhea Type Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Based On Brain-intestinal Axis Theory

Objective:to observe the clinical effect of Shujing Tongdu manipulation on irritable bowel syndrome(Irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea,IBS-D)of diarrhea type of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and to further prove the clinical effect of Shujing Tongdu manipulation by comparing the scores of TCM syndrome scale,anxiety self-rating symptom scale(SAS)and irritable bowel syndrome quality of life scale(IBS-QOL)before and after treatment.To provide more clinical basis for the treatment IBS-D,but also to provide an effective and safe treatment method for clinical treatment.Methods:The IBS-D patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,To the control group oral Tongxie prescription plus or minus treatment,Twice a day,One dose a day,Observation group on the basis of oral Chinese medicine combined with Shujing Tongdu manual treatment,Twice a week,The patients in the control group and the observation group were treated continuously for 4 weeks.On the first day(day 0)and the end of treatment(day 28),the TCM syndrome scale,IBS-QOL and SAS scale were scored,The obtained clinical data were analyzed.RESULTS:After 28 d of treatment,Compared with pre-treatment,There were 0 cases in control group,In 6 cases,In 17 cases,Total effective rate 76.67%,The observation group recovered 2 cases,In 10 cases,In 16 cases,Total efficiency 93.33 per cent,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of TCM syndrome scale,IBS-QOL scale and SAS scale were significantly decreased in the control group and observation group after treatment,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05);The scores of "abdominal pain","diarrhea" and "stool traits" in the observation group decreased more significantly,Variance statistics The scores of anxiety,diet restriction,behavior disorder and health anxiety in the observation group were more obvious in the IBS-QOL scale than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the effective rate of Shujing Tongdu manipulation combined with Tongxie Yaofang in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine alone.The degree of abdominal pain was alleviated under manual intervention.The number of diarrhea decreased and stool traits were improved significantly.And on the basis of taking traditional Chinese medicine combined with Shujing Tongdu manipulation in regulating mental mood,anxiety relief,the effect is better.Compared with the control group,the effect of manual therapy on relieving uneasiness,reducing health anxiety,reducing diet restriction and improving behavior disorder was better.It is an external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine that there is no obvious bad thing in the course of treatment The occurrence and safety of clinical operation are beneficial to the popularization and application in the future.Its manipulation may achieve the purpose of treatment by adjusting the mechanism of brain-gut axis nerve pathway.
