| Objective:Observation on the efficacy of Qingxin Zishen decoction combined with mini-stimulation on the pregnancy outcome of IVF-ET in elderly patients with heart-kidney infertility,to provide traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of infertility in modern assisted reproductive technology.Methods:This study included elderly infertile women with heart-kidney disharmony type infertility(35-45 years old)who were treated with IVF-ET by minimal stimulation protocol in Reproductive Medicine Department of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January to December 2020.The sample size was 60 cases,according to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Among them,Treatment group,30 cases,Before and after IVF-ET has been taking Qingxin Zishen decoction pieces of traditional chinese medicine treatment;Control group,30 cases,simple mini-stimulation therapy.Obeseverd and compared the number of days of Gn,the total amount of Gn,the serum E2 value of HCG injection day,the number of oocytes obtained during the extraction cycle,the number of MII oocytes,the number of 2PN oocytes,fertility rate of oocytes,the number of transplanted embryos,the number and proportion of high quality embryos,the thickness of endometrium,clinical pregnancy rate,biochemical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate in each group.The improvement of kidney yin deficiency syndrome before and after treatment was compared too.Results:①Clinical symptom improvement:After treatment,TCM symptom score was lower in both groups,compared with the control group,the score in the experimental group decreased more significantly(P<0.05),and its overall treatment efficiency was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).②Ovulation promotion:The total amount of Gn used in the test group was lower than that in the another group with only mini-stimulation therapy significantly(P<0.05),the serum E2 test value of HCG injection day was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),there was no marked difference in the number of Gn days in both groups(P>0.05).③Laboratory indexes:The number of oocytes obtained,the number of MII oocytes,the number of 2PN oocytes,the number of high quality embryos and the rate of excellent fetus in the test group had statistically significant difference from those in the control group(P<0.05);Difference on the incidence of OHSS,matured oocyte rate,fertilization rate,number of transplanted embryos,thickness of endometrium on the day of transplantation between this two groups was not significant(P>0.05).④Pregnancy outcomes:In terms of pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate,the experimental group gave an advantage over the control group,however,the difference was not significant(P>0.05);In the aspect of biochemical pregnancy rate,ectopic pregnancy rate,early abortion rate and so on,no significant difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qingxin Zishen decoction combined with mini-stimulation can not only better relief the clinical symptoms of aged infertile women with heart-kidney disharmony type,but also can reduce the amount of Gn、increase the number of oocytes obtained、improve the quality of embryos and the rate of clinical pregnancy. |
