Effect Of Loading Treatment With Yangxin’s Tablets On Cardiac Function And Quality Of Life In Patients With HFrEF (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

purpose:By observing the effects of Yangxin’s tablets on heart rate variability(HRV),heart function and quality of life in patients with chronic systolic heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),comprehensive and objective evaluation of the safety,efficacy and long-term effects of Yangxin’s tablets on patients.The prognostic influence provides treatment experience for clinical treatment.method:The cases were from 2020.5-2021.2 inpatients in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The diagnosis of Western medicine was confirmed to be chronic HFrEF and the syndrome of TCM was patients with heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.There are 54 cases in total,26 females and 28 males.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 27 cases each.According to recent heart failure guidelines and individualized differences in patients,the two groups were given different doses of RAAS blockers,diuretics,β-blockers,ivabradine,and foreign rehmannia glutinosa and other medicines to improve symptoms.The control group received conventional basic treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Yangxin Shi on the basis of the control group.Observe the changes in HRV,heart function and quality of life of the two groups of patients after 8 weeks of treatment.The three groups of HRV time-domain indicators(SDNN:standard deviation of the RR interval,RMSSD:root mean square value of the difference between adjacent RR intervals,SDANN:average value of the RR interval),NT-proBNP(amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide),cardiac ultrasound LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction)were checked before and after treatment.And NYHA heart function classification,TCM syndrome score,Minnesota Heart Failure Scale(MLHFQ),Han The Milton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were evaluated.result:1)The total effective rates of the two groups of patients after grading treatment of cardiac function were 92.59%and 62.96%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of the grading of cardiac function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.2)The LVEF and NT-ProBNP of the two groups of patients increased after treatment,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of LVEF and NT-ProBNP in the treatment group after treatment of the two groups was significantly better than that of the control group.3)The total effective rates of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were 88.89%and 66.67%,respectively.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group before and after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group.4)Compared before and after treatment in the treatment group,SDNN,SDANN,and RMSSD were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment in the control group,SDNN and RMSSD were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in SDANN(P>0.05);after treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).5)The MLHFQ,HAMD,and HAMA scores of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of the MLHFQ,HAMD,and HAMA scores of the two groups after treatment was significantly better than the control group.In conclusion:1.On the basis of conventional western medicine for chronic systolic heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),the addition of Yangxin’s tablets can further relieve the patient’s clinical symptoms,improve heart function and quality of life,relieve patients’ anxiety and depression and has good safety.2.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment of patients with chronic HFrEF(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),the combined use of Yangxin’s tablets can improve the HRV time domain indicators of the patients..3.The characteristics of autonomic nerve dysfunction are in line with the theory of "yin and yang imbalance"in traditional Chinese medicine.Yin overcomes yang disease,and yang overcomes yin disease.In clinical treatment of such diseases,more attention should be paid to the adjustment of the body’s Yin and Yang,.Both attack and supplement to achieve a state of yin and yang peace.
