| ObjectiveTo investigated the status quo of mindfulness level, mental flexibility and psychosomatic symptoms in patients with chronic gastritis, and initially explores the influencing factors of various variables and the correlation between variables, and finds the mediating effect of mental flexibility and mindfulness level among various variables in order to improve The patient’s clinical symptoms and negative emotions provide a theoretical basis.MethodsA cross-sectional survey was used to select 210 patients with chronic gastritis who were in the outpatient department of internal medicine or hospitalized in the department of gastroenterology of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 as the research subjects, using the convenience sampling method. The face-to-face survey was adopted. The measurement tools are mainly questionnaires, which include general information, mindfulness awareness scale, mental resilience scale, hospital anxiety and depression scale, and gastrointestinal symptom assessment scale.Use Epidata 3.1 to enter the data for two persons, use SPSS 25.0 software to organize and analyze, use descriptive analysis, analysis of variance,non-parametric testing, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression to perform statistics and analysis on the data, and use the Process plug-in in SPSS 25.0 to analyze the intermediate variables To explore, the difference is statistically significant with P<0.05.Results1.The mindfulness score of patients with chronic gastritis is 63.12±12.02,which is at a medium level. After multiple linear regression analysis, the marital status and depression positive and negative groups were entered into the regression equation.12.70%explained the variance of the mindfulness level of patients with chronic gastritis.2.The mental resilience score of patients with chronic gastritis was 72.00(60.75,81.25),and the scores of tenacity,self-strength and strength were 33.48±9.27,24.00(21.00,27.00),and 10.00(8.00,12.00),respectively.After multiple linear regression analysis, the positive and negative groups of anxiety and depression entered the regression equation, and 18.20%explained the variance of gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with chronic gastritis.3.The score of gastrointestinal symptoms of chronic gastritis is 35.00(27.00,42.25).After multiple linear regression analysis, education level,TCM syndrome and depression are grouped into the regression equation.13.70%explain the variance of gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with chronic gastritis.difference.4.The total score of anxiety and depression for patients with chronic gastritis is 17.00(14.00,20.00),anxiety score is 10.00(8.00,12.00),depression score is 7.00(4.00,9.00).Among them, the positive rate of anxiety was 81.40%,and the positive rate of depression was 41.90%.After multiple linear regression analysis, gender and TCM syndrome type entered the regression equation,9.50%explained the variance difference of the total score of anxiety and depression in patients with chronic gastritis;TCM syndrome type entered the regression equation,5.80%explained the variance difference of anxiety in patients with chronic gastritis;Gender and occupation entered the regression equation, and 5.40%explained the variance difference of depression in patients with chronic gastritis.5.There is a correlation between mindfulness, mental flexibility, gastrointestinal symptoms, anxiety and depression in patients with chronic gastritis.Conclusion1.Patients with chronic gastritis are often accompanied by anxiety and depression.Different occupational status are the influencing factors of depression in patients with chronic gastritis;TCM syndrome is the main influencing factor of anxiety in patients with chronic gastritis, and TCM syndrome and gender are the influencing factors of the total score of anxiety and depression in patients with chronic gastritis. There are differences between the depression positive and negative groups in terms of education and occupational status.2.Chronic gastritis patients mostly have abdominal pain, chest discomfort, acid reflux, hunger pain, abdominal distension and other symptoms. The depression group has statistical significance in gastrointestinal symptoms.Whether chronic gastritis patients are accompanied by depression has a significant effect on gastrointestinal symptoms.influential.3.The mindfulness level of patients with chronic gastritis is at a moderate level, and whether marital status and depression are positive is the influencing factor of the mindfulness level of patients with chronic gastritis.4.Patients with chronic gastritis have higher scores of psychological resilience.Whether chronic gastritis patients are accompanied by anxiety or depression can affect the psychological resilience of patients.5.There is a correlation between mindfulness, mental flexibility, gastrointestinal symptoms, anxiety and depression in patients with chronic gastritis. The level of mindfulness is positively correlated with the total score of anxiety and depression, mental flexibility and its various dimensions, and negatively correlated with gastrointestinal symptoms and depression;gastrointestinal symptoms are positively correlated with the total score of anxiety and depression, depression, and mental flexibility, toughness and self-strength Dimensions are negatively correlated;depression is negatively correlated with mental flexibility, toughness, and self-strength dimensions, and anxiety is positively correlated with mental flexibility,toughness,self-strength,and optimism dimensions.6.The level of mindfulness plays a part of the mediating role between the depression and gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with chronic gastritis;the mental resilience plays a part of the mediating role between the level of mindfulness and depression in patients with chronic gastritis. |
