| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of dynamic massage technique on patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain. Methods: 66 patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain who met the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected from Renai branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine. They were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group(34 cases)and the control group(32 cases). The observation group was given dynamic massage combined with lumbar rotation reduction method, and the control group was given conventional tendon and bone setting method. The two groups were treated for 5 times,30 minutes each time, and the treatment was completed within 4 weeks. The visual analogue score(VAS)and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(Ja)were observed Scores,JOA score),lumbar range of motion(ROM)Before treatment(baseline, observation time point(1)),after the first treatment(immediate efficacy, observation time point(2)),after the fifth treatment(cumulative efficacy, observation time point(3)),after the end of treatment for1 month(follow-up period, observation time point(4)),the lumbar mobility was recorded at the time point of(1),(2),(3),VAS score was recorded at the time point of(1),(2),(3),JOA score was recorded They were recorded at time points(1)and(3).After all follow-up,the VAS score,JOA score and lumbar range of motion of the two groups were compared and SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.VAS score: the VAS scores of the two groups at each observation point after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).The difference was statistically significant at observation point(2)(P < 0.001).The difference was statistically significant at observation point(3)(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant at observation point(4)(P < 0.05).2.JOA score: the JOA score of the two groups at the observation time point after treatment increased compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001),and the difference was statistically significant at the observation time point(P < 0.05).3.Lumbar range of motion: lumbar anterior flexion range of motion, the two groups at the observation time point(2)and(3)were higher than the observation time point(1),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.001),the observation time point(2)was compared between groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the observation time point(3)was compared between groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The range of motion of lumbar extension in the two groups at the observation time point(2)and(3)was higher than that at the observation time point(1),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).The difference was statistically significant between the two groups at the observation time point(2)(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups at the observation time point(3)(P <0.05);The bilateral mean value of lumbar lateral flexion range of motion in the two groups at the observation time point(2)and(3)was higher than that at the observation time point(1),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups at the observation time point(2)(P > 0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups at the observation time point(3)(P > 0.05);The bilateral mean value of lumbar rotation range of motion in the two groups at the observation time point(2)and(3)was higher than that at the observation time point(1),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups at the observation time point(2)(P > 0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups at the observation time point(3)(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Both dynamic massage technique and routine tendon and bone setting manipulation are effective methods for the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain, which can improve pain, relieve lumbar dysfunction and improve lumbar range of motion in all directions.(2)Dynamic massage technique is superior to conventional tendon and bone setting manipulation in improving lumbar flexion and extension range of motion, relieving pain and improving lumbar dysfunction, but with the increase of treatment times, the advantage of cumulative curative effect decreases;(3)Dynamic massage technique is not significantly different from conventional tendon and bone setting manipulation in improving lumbar lateral flexion and rotation range of motion.(4)Dynamic massage technique is a unique method for the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain, and its curative effect is remarkable. Its related academic ideas are worthy of further research and clinical application. |
