Clinical Observation Of Yinzhiqingli Prescription On The Alcoholic Hepatitis Of Damp Heat Accumulation Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinzhiqingli prescription on the trial of alcoholic hepatitis of damp heat ccumulation syndrome.Methods:60 patients with alcoholic hepatitis as an sample,whom met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into trial group and control group,30 cases per group.On the premise of abstinence and nutritional support,the trial group was given oral Yinzhiqingli prescription and the control group was given oral polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules.Observed the changes of symptoms,signs,liver function,MCV,liver’ s sonographic and spleen’ s sonographic.Results:After 4 weeks,The total effective rate in the trial group was 80%,that was better than the control group of 60%(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndrome in trial group was 93.33%,that was better than the control group of 63.33%(P<0.05);The effective rate of laboratory indicators was 90.00%,that was better than control group of 70.00%(P<0.05);The effective rate of liver and spleen ultrasound was 76.67%,that was better than the control group of 50.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinzhiqingli prescription can improve the symptoms and signs of patients of alcoholic hepatitis,alleviate the inflammatory injury of liver,protect liver cells,improve liver parenchyma damage,that have a good therapeutic effect on alcoholic hepatitis.
