| Objective: To observe the protective effect of Xinnaoning Capsule on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the relief of angina pectoris in the special comorbidity state after acute coronary syndrome.Methods: Selection in June 2020 to December 2020 in a stable state after acute coronary syndrome combined carotid plaques of 20 patients with high blood homocysteine(patients are selected in shandong province hospital heart one ward),randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group(10)and the control group(10),all cases give guidelines of cardiovascular drug treatments(GDMP),the control group,on this basis to placebo group add cardio-cerebral ning capsule,on the basis of the two groups in 12 weeks with observation and follow-up.In this study,plasma homocysteine,the number of angina attacks per week,nitroglycerin reduction rate,Seattle angina pectoris scale,and the standard for evaluating the efficacy of TCM symptoms were analyzed before and after treatment,and the intra-group and intergroup data were analyzed by statistical methods to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two.Result: The clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment was observed and analyzed.The improvement of plasma homocysteine,the number of angina attacks per week,the rate of stopping nitroglycerin,Seattle angina scale and the treatment effect of TCM related symptoms in the experimental group were better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups,indicating that Xinnaoning Capsule is safe and reliable to control the size of carotid artery plaque and inflammatory factors(plasma Hcy)after the treatment of acute coronary syndrome. |
