| Objective: The clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease(G3a A2 stage)dyslipidemia patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type were studied in clinical observation and research to provide a theoretical basis for effective prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods: A total of 78 patients with diabetic kidney disease(G3a A2 stage)dyslipidemia diagnosis of Qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups of patients were given basic western medicine treatment.The test group was given Yiqi Tongluo Decoction,one dose a day,200 ml each morning and evening;the control group was given Zhibitai capsules twice a day,one capsule a time,morning and evening after meals.The treatment time is 12 weeks.Observe the triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),urine protein/creatinine(UACR),blood Changes in creatinine(SCr),glomerular filtration rate(e GFR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),TCM symptoms and safety indicators;statistics before and after the test Learn analysis.Results:(1)Characteristics of dyslipidemia: All patients with diabetic kidney disease(G3a A2)who participated in the completion of this test meet the diagnostic criteria for hyperlipidemia in dyslipidemia.According to the results,it is speculated that its characteristic is mixed dyslipidemia,among which TG is elevated,and TC,HDL-C,and LDL-C also have different degrees of abnormality.(2)The influence of Yiqi Tongluo Decoction on various indicators:(1)The influence on blood lipids: both groups have a significant effect on reducing TG(P<0.01),and the test group is better than the control group(P<0.05);Both groups had significant effects in reducing TC(P<0.01),and the control group was better than the test group(P<0.05);both groups had significant effects in improving HDL-C and LDL-C(P<0.01),And the effect is equivalent(P>0.05).(2)Effects on urine protein,renal function and blood glucose: the test group has significant effects on improving UACR,Scr,e GFR,and BUN(P<0.01),while the control group has effects on improving these four indicators(P<0.05)),and the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the two groups had therapeutic effects in reducing FBG and Hb A1c(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effects were equivalent(P>0.05).(3)The curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.89%,and the total effective rate of the control group was61.11%.The curative effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).(4)Total clinical efficacy: After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the test group was 80.66%,and that of the control group was 73.29%.The total effective rate of the test group for the treatment of this disease was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(5)There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and other events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Clinical use of Yiqi Tongluo Decoction can effectively improve the dyslipidemia state of diabetic kidney disease,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and also have a certain effect on reducing urine protein,protecting kidney function,and improving blood sugar levels. |
