| Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a treasure of traditional medicine in China.In the long process of development and evolution,it has gradually formed a set of theoretical system for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Under the background of the global epidemic of the new coronavirus,traditional Chinese medicine has played a vital role in the treatment of diseases and the prevention of epidemic transmission with its unique method system and treatment characteristics.Nowadays TCM has been widely seen and highly praised by experts at home and abroad.In the process of long-term clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,A systematic understanding of syndrome differentiation,etiology,pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of different diseases be developed.Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated a great deal of knowledge to be excavated and applied.These knowledge scattered in various TCM classics,research literature,clinical data.With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence,Using semantic modeling technology to achieve knowledge expression,knowledge reasoning,knowledge sharing and application in the field of TCM has become a worthy of attention and research direction,which is of great significance to the inheritance and development of TCM.In this paper,the application requirements of TCM theory system and TCM ontology are deeply combed and investigated,and the application research of ontology construction and knowledge discovery oriented to TCM field was completed referring to the guidance and suggestions of TCM experts.Firstly,the construction methods of data layer and pattern layer in ontology engineering were macroscopically designed.And the important concept classes and their related semantic relations in TCM ontology model were established by extracting from heterogeneous TCM data sources.Combined with the ontology modeling method,OWL(Web Ontology Language)was used to complete the construction of the ontology model layer and the data filling of the instance layer of TCM,and a set of ontology models covering internal medicine、surgery、gynecology and pediatrics of TCM were constructed,which can show the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM.And the TCM ontology model can support semantic query in different dimensions,which is of great significance in assisting TCM in clinical treatment.Secondly,taking the TCM ontology model constructed in this paper as an opportunity,the semantic reasoning technology was sorted out.And SWRL(Semantic Web Rule Language)reasoning rules suitable for TCM ontology engineering were designed and compiled.Based on Hermit inference engine,the internal knowledge structure and implicit information of TCM are mined and reasoned,which provides a new perspective and possibility for the enrichment and development of TCM.Finally,a heterogeneous data fusion scheme was proposed to fuse and transform heterogeneous TCM data sources.According to the semantic relationship of TCM,the fused data was mapped to the Neo4j graph database.And a set of TCM knowledge map containing massive information was constructed.It provides an effective way for users to analyze and retrieve TCM knowledge from dialectical relationship.In order to simplify the query process based on Cypher,a set of TCM knowledge retrieval system was designed by using B/S architecture and taking the constructed TCM knowledge map as the main data source. |
