Preparation Technology Of Spray Drying Powder Of Compound Radix Fici Simplicissimae

Radix Fici Hirtae refers to the dry root of plant banyan,a product of local characteristics.It has the effect of invigorating spleen and dampness,benefiting lung and relieving cough,relaxing muscles and connecting collaterals,etc.It is commonly used for spleen deficiency and edema,food weakness,rheumatism and pain,tuberculosis and cough and other certificates.Modern research has shown that Wuzhishan peach contains coumadins,flavonoids,volatile oil,and other chemical components,with bacteriostasis,improving immunity,expectorant,resisting hypoxia and ischemia,antioxidant effect,liver damage protection,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect,and soothing effect on smooth muscle.Astragalus has the effect of qi,septic discharge,diuresis,muscle and other effects.It is used for air deficiency and fatigue,long diarrhea and anal removal,self-sweating,edema,uterine prolapse,chronic nephritis proteinuria,diabetes,long mouth not healing and other certificates.Radix Fici Simplicissimae and astragalus called the north and south qi,have replenish qi,regulating immunity,etc.,this topic is to develop and establish a compound preparation process of Radix Fici Simplicissimae spray drying powder,can ensure the effectiveness of the adaptability of the regional differences between the north and south,and facilitate transportation and storage,convenient adjustment,easy to absorb,give play to its commercial value.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The influence of drug ratio,frying number and frying time on the polysaccharide content of compound peach and Astragalus water extract,the three factors with the maximum influence on polysaccharide content,two times and the extraction time was 1:20,and the rationality,stability and reliability of the optimization conditions.(2)The influence of feed concentration,inlet temperature and feed speed on compound five finger peach and Astragalus spray drying powder were investigated by the response surface analysis.The results showed that the inlet air temperature is 180℃,feed concentration is 1 g/mL,feed speed 20RPM,three times,and the reagent yield was 24.6±0.01%.The results were close to the model data and a good fit.(3)Carry out content determination and quality evaluation of compound Radix Fici Simplicissimae spray drying powder.The content of osteosin was 0.2668 mg/g;total polysaccharide content of 0.2555 mg/g;was 5.2%;spray drying powder was 1.2%;24.6%;dissolution time is 40.79 s;wetting time is 59.97 s,and the sensory evaluation,water content and dissolution time and sensory changes within 60 days were recorded and investigated,the results showed good water absorption and stability and easy storage.(4)The anti-fatigue effect of compound finger walnut spray drying powder was investigated by the efficacy study index of mice.The results showed that the time of mouse weight swimming increased significantly.The experimental results show that the process of compound peach spray drying powder is reasonable,quality evaluation and stable,scientific and feasible.
