Observation Of Curative Effect Of Sanao Decoction And Zhisou Powder On Cough After Infection(Type Of Wind-cold Attack On Lung)

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Sanao Decoction and Zhisou Powder in the treatment of cough after infection(the type of wind chill attacking the lung),and to find a more optimal treatment scheme for the treatment of cough after infection.Methods:Patients aged between 15 and 60 years old who were admitted to Kaixuan Health Department of our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected.Seventy-six patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group,of which 10 cases fell off,and 66 cases were actually completed.The experimental group and the control group were 33 patients.The control group was given ketotifen fumarate tablet orally,1 tablet/time,twice a day.In the experimental group,Sanao Decoction and Zhisou Powder Granules were given with water,twice a day,one dose at a time,and ketotifen fumarate tablets were taken orally,one tablet/time,twice a day.The treatment course of both groups was 7 days.The visual analog score,cough symptom score,TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.After treatment,visual analogue score(VAS)was decreased in both groups at 7 days after treatment,and the score of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the cough symptom scores in both groups were decreased,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups decreased,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment showed that the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of patients with cough after infection(the type of wind chill attacking the lung),the clinical effect of combining ketotifen fumarate tablets with Sanao decoction and Zhisou powder on the basis of fumarate ketotifen tablets is better than that of using ketotifen fumarate tablets alone.The traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of cough after infection,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
