Clinical Study Of Xinjia Qianzheng Powder In The Treatment Of Idiopathic Facial Paralysis Of Wind Phlegm Obstructing Collaterals

Objective : By comparing the idiopathic facial palsy(idiopathic differentiated bi-facial palsy,IFP)in the control group and observation group of patients before and after treatment,Sunnybrook research(Toronto)facial nerve evaluation system and the degree of facial nerve palsy grading scale changes,determine the new guy is loose cases,patients can be cured naturally or after treatment,but if they lose treatment or mistreatment,it can lead to disease delay,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.But the simple western medicine treatment,the medicine side effect is many,the surgery treatment.Methods: A total of 60 patients were collected.According to the random number table method,the patients were numbered according to the order of visits,and divided into 30 cases in the observation group and the control group.In the process of treatment,the control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with new plus Qianzheng powder.Both groups were treated for 21 days.The indexes of facial paralysis,H-B and Sunnybrook scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.The course of treatment was21 days.(H-B grade)score,Sunnybrook research(Toronto)facial nerve evaluation system grade classification and facial nerve paralysis,establishing database,USES the spss25.0 software,measurement data using T test effect in IFP patients.Results:In the course of the experiment,one case was lost in each group.The comparison of the relevant scores is as follows:(1)Before treatment: the basic data of the two groups,there is no statistical difference in sex,age,age distribution,disease side.(2)Prior to treatment: there was no statistical difference between the two groups in H-B score,sunnybrook score and facial the two groups(p>0.05).(3)After treatment: compared with the two groups before treatment,the three scores were improved(p<0.05),and the observation group was better(p<0.05)(4)After treatment: the control group showed 68.96%,the total effective rate was 86.20%,the observation group was 79.31%,96.55%,the observation group was better in the comparison of curative effect,the results were statistically different(p<0.05).(5)Safety: There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of safety before and after treatment,and no adverse reactions occurred during treatment.Conclusion:In this study,we systematically observed and studied the effect of idiopathic facial paralysis of wind phlegm obstructing collaterals,and preliminarily analyzed and discussed its mechanism of action.The results showed that the new Qianzheng powder can improve the effective rate of treating patients with idiopathic facial paralysis of wind phlegm obstructing collaterals,significantly reduce the degree of facial paralysis,promote the functional recovery of damaged facial nerve,and improve the facial nerve function of patients.
