Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Guanxin Tongbi Decoction In Stable Angina Pectoris Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of Guanxin Tongbi Decoction on patients with stable angina pectoris.METHODS: Patients who attended outpatient clinics and were hospitalized at Jinan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Shandong Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from July 2019 to March 2021 were selected,and 83 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the random number generation method.In the control group,42 cases were treated with western medicine routinely used for coronary heart disease;in the experimental group,41 cases were treated with Guanxin Tongbi Decoction in addition to the basic treatment of western medicine in the control group,and the treatment observation period of both groups was4 weeks.The Chinese Medicine Evidence Score Scale,evidence-based efficacy,electrocardiographic performance,nitroglycerin reduction rate,angina pectoris score scale,GAD-7,and PHQ-9 scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.All data derived were statistically analyzed using SPSS 20.RESULTS: 1.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)between the two groups after statistical tests of age,sex,duration of disease,and case shedding,and comparisons could be made between the two groups.2.TCM syndrome score: the primary,secondary and total syndrome score of both groups were lower than before treatment,but all the TCM syndrome score in the test group performed better compared with the control group after treatment;meanwhile,the improvement efficiency of TCM syndrome in the test group was 94.60% > 70.30% in the control group.(P < 0.05)3.Angina pectoris symptoms: both the Treatment methods of control group and the experimental group could improve angina pectoris symptoms,and the experimental group with the addition of TCM interventions could better improve angina symptoms.(P<0.05)4.Nitroglycerin reduction rate: the rate of nitroglycerin reduction in the test group was 89.20%,higher than the control group reduction rate of67.60%,while the difference between the two groups was statistically significant after rank sum test.(P<0.05)5.ECG: After comparison,there was no significant difference in the ECG condition between the two groups.6.PHQ-9,GAD-7: The results showed that both treatment methods could improve patients’ anxiety and depression status(P < 0.01),and the overall effect was significantly better in the test group after the addition of TCM treatment(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION: The clinical use of Guanxin Tongbi Decoction can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,the improvement of angina pectoris can also be reflected laterally by the reduction of nitroglycerin consumption.At the same time,Guanxin Tongbi Decoction could improve the TCM Symptom indicators,improve patients’ psychological status,reduce patients’ anxiety and depression score,and alleviate patients’ anxiety and depression condition,all of which showed better efficacy results than the control group using Western medicine alone,but the improvement on ECG was not obvious.The efficacy of Guanxin Tongbi Decoction is precise,which strengthens the clinical efficacy of the basic treatment of western medicine and is worth promoting the application.
