Dan Zhichai Wu Decoction Treats Reflux Sex Esophagitis(Liver Stomach Yu Heat Type) Clinical Study

Objective: to study and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Danzhi Chaiwu decoction in treating reflux esophagitis with stagnation of liver and stomach by comparing the scores of.Methods:Sixty patients with reflux esophagitis(liver and stomach stagnation and heat syndrome)who met the criteria of this study were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group(Danzhi Chaiwu decoction oral treatment)and control group(omeprazole enteric-coated tablets oral treatment as control).The course of treatment was 4 weeks,and followed up 2 months after treatment.Changes of TCM symptoms,esophageal mucosa grading and integral,total RDQ score and recurrence rate were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results: Danzhi Chaiwu decoction has obvious clinical effect on reflux esophagitis with stagnation of liver and stomach.It is superior to omeprazole enteric-coated tablets in improving TCM symptom score,gastroscope esophageal mucosal grading and integral,RDQ total score,etc.It can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the degree of esophageal mucosal injury and reduce recurrence.
