Clinical Study Of Xigong Zhi Tianma Granule In The Treatment Of Chronic Migraine With Up-disturbance Of Wind-yang

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xigong Zhi Tianma Granule in the treatment of chronic migraine,and to provide a new prescription for the treatment of chronic migraine by TCM.Methods:This subject adopts the method of randomized controlled trials,diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria would be consistent with the 60 cases of patients according to random number table method were divided into test group(Xigong Zhi Tianma Granule)and control group(Zhengtian pill),30 cases of patients with chronic migraine pain score and TCM syndrome classification score for chronic migraine after six weeks of treatment,evaluation of patients with chronic migraine pain score again and TCM syndrome classification score for chronic migraine,and nim horizon method is adopted to improve the curative effect evaluation of classification,evaluation of therapeutic effect.Results:The gender and age of patients in the two groups were compared,and the results showed that P > 0.05,which showed no statistical difference,was comparable.The basic conditions of chronic migraine in the two groups before treatment were tested by independent sample t test,and the results showed P>0.05,which showed no statistical difference and was comparable.Paired sample t test was used to compare TCM symptom scores of patients in the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which showed no statistical difference and was comparable.Comparison of TCM symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment showed a statistically significant difference,P < 0.01,indicating that both groups had improved in TCM symptom scores.Through the analysis of TCM syndrome efficacy,P =0.027,there was a statistical difference,indicating that the total effective rate of the test group in improving TCM syndrome efficacy(93.33%)was significantly better than that of the control group(73.33%).Conclusion: Compared with Zhengtian pill,Xigong Zhi Tianma Granule can improve the clinical symptoms of chronic migraine more obviously and improve the quality of life of patients.Moreover,no adverse reactions occurred in clinical trials,which proved that it has high safety and can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
