Observation On The Curative Effect And Clinical Mechanism Of Jinkang Qingfei Decoction In The Prevention And Treatment Of Acute Radiation Pneumonia

Objective: The efficacy and safety of self-made prescription Jinkang Qingfei Yin in the prevention and treatment of acute radiation pneumonia were studied by case observation,and to explore the pathogenesis of the disease.Methods:A total of 73 patients with common chest tumors(lung cancer,esophageal cancer and breast cancer)received radiotherapy in the Oncology Department of Heze City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Heze Municipal Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected,the control group(36 cases)and the treatment group(37 cases).The control group was treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(or general radiotherapy)and the treatment group was treated with Jinkang Qingfei Decoction(traditional Chinese medicine decoction or no Decoction granule).The symptoms,lung function,lung injury grade,karschner score and improvement were observed before and after radiotherapy,and the clinical incidence and hormone of acute radiation pneumonia after radiotherapy were observed The dosage and time of antibiotics,the level of PCT and CRP were also studied.Result:After radiotherapy,the clinical incidence of acute radiation pneumonia in the two groups was 8.33% in the treatment group,16.21% in the control group(P < 0.05);in the improvement of the total score of T ㎝syndromes and Karnofsky score,(P < 0.05);in the improvement of lung function and lung injury,P < 0.05.The levels of PCT and CRP in patients with acute radiation pneumonia after radiotherapy were significantly higher than those before radiotherapy;the dosage of hormone and the application time of antibiotics in the two groups were P < 0.05;the safety indexes of the two groups before and after radiotherapy were not significantly abnormal.Conclusion:Jinkangqingfeiyin can reduce the clinical incidence of acute radiation pneumonia after radiotherapy,improve the grade of lung injury,improve the Karnofsky score,reduce the dosage and time of hormone and antibiotics,without obvious side effects,and has strong safety and effectiveness.
