| ObjectiveThis study attempts to explore the mechanism and advantages of Jianxinpinglv pill in treating patients who were diagnosed as hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with ventricular premature beat(Syndrome of excessive phlegm and dampness)by observing the clinical curative effect.And the changes of left ventricular mass index(LVMI),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),E/A value and the total number of ventricular premature beats(VPBs)were compared before and after treatment.The result will be expected to provide a new diagnosis and treatment idea for hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with ventricular premature beat.MethodsAccording to the inclusion criteria,sixty patients,who were diagnosed as hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with ventricular premature beat(Syndrome of excessive phlegm and dampness),were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by using Excel random number table method.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was given Jianxinpinglv pill on the basis of the control group.In addition,the course of treatment was 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,LVMI,E/A value,LVEF,the total number of VPBs and Duchenne hypertension quality of life scale score were observed and compared between the two groups.Finally,the obtained data were statistically analyzed with SPSS25.0.ResultsIn this study,60 cases meeting the inclusion criteria were collected,with 2 case falling off and 2 case being excluded.Finally,56 cases were observed.1.Clinical curative effect:(1)After 12 weeks of treatment,the self-comparison of TCM syndrome scores and Duchenne hypertension quality of life scale scores before and after treatment in 2 groups showed significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion indicated that TCM syndrome score decreased significantly after treatment,while Duchenne hypertension quality of life scale score increased significantly;In addition,there was significant difference in TCM syndrome scores and Duchenne hypertension quality of life scale scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 81%,while the control group was 55%.The comparison of the total effective rate of TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment was significant difference(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Efficacy of echocardiography:(1)After 12 weeks of treatment,LVMI,E/A and LVEF of 2 groups before and after treatment were not significant difference(P>0.05).The conclusion suggested that LVMI,E/A and LVEF were not significantly improved after treatment;In addition,there was not significant difference in LVMI,E/A and LVEF between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),and the treatment group was not better than the control group.3.Efficacy of dynamic electrocardiogram:(1)After 12 weeks of treatment,there was significant difference in the self-comparison of the total number of VPBs before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the total number of VPBs after treatment decreased significantly;In addition,there was significant difference in the total number of VPBs after treatment between the two groups(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of VPB in the treatment group was 85%,while the control group was 55%.There was significant difference in the total effective rate of VPB between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion1.Jianxinpinglv pill can significantly improve the TCM syndrome of patients who were diagnosed as hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with ventricular premature beat and improve the clinical efficacy.2.After 12 weeks of treatment,Jianxinpinglv pill could not effectively improve LVMI,LVEF and E/A values in patients who were diagnosed as hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with ventricular premature beat.3.Jianxinpinglv pill can significantly reduce the total number of VPBs in patients who were diagnosed as hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with ventricular premature beat.4.Jianxinpinglv pill has good safety and no adverse reactions,so it can be used as an adjuvant therapy for hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with premature ventricular beat.5.Due to the small sample size and short observation time,the long-term effect of the study results could not be reflected.It is still necessary to further study whether jianxinpinglv pill can effectively improve cardiac systolic and diastolic functions in patients who were diagnosed as hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with ventricular premature beat,and delay left ventricular remodeling. |
