The Clinical Research Of "spirit-regulation Formula" With Acupuncture Combining Three Needles Of Nose On Allergic Rhinitis

ObjectiveObserve the clinical effect of "Spirit-regulation formula" with acupuncture combining three needles of nose in treating allergic rhinitis,and to explore the effect of this method on the quality of life and anxiety of patients with allergic rhinitis,in order to provide reference for acupuncture and moxibustion clinical.MethodsIn strict accordance with the standards formulated in this study,Patients who me t the allergic rhinitis criteria were randomly assigned to a test group("Spirit-regulati on formula" with acupuncture combining three needles of nose)and a control group(Routine acupuncture group)using a random number table,each group had 33 cases.Th e selected points of "Spirit-regulation formula" with acupuncture combining three ne edles of nose are:Sishencong,Shenting,Yintang,Neiguan(double),Sanyinjiao(doubl e),Bitong(double),Yingxiang(double).The selected points of Routine acupuncture group are:Yintang,Shangyingxiang(double),Fengmen(double),three Li(double).The manipulation of neutral supplementation and draining was used which was gentl e and the treatment lasted 30 minutes,once,and needle is applied every 10 minutes.The two groups were treated 9 times each and every other day for 3 weeks.Key Outcome Indicators:Total nasal symptom score(TNSS),the scale of symptoms asso ciated with rhinitis(TNNSS)Secondary Outcome Indicators:The quality of life ques tionnaire(RQLQ)and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Symptoms grading scor e table,physical signs grading.Adverse reactions were recorded before treatment,3 weeks after treatment and 3 months after treatment.After the data collection and arra ngement,SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used to carry out descriptive analysis.T he measured data were Normality test first,T test was performed by those who acc orded with normal distribution,and rank sum test was performed by those who did not.Rank-sum test was used to rank data,chi-square test was used to count data,and P<0.05 was used as the standard with statistical significance.Results1.Baseline comparison:sex,age,course of disease,Symptoms grading score table,physical signs grading,total nasal symptom score(TNSS),the scale of symptoms associated with rhinitis(TNNSS),the quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were compared between the two groups,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).2.Comparison of curative effect:after treatment,21 patients in the test group had significant effect,9 patients in the test group had significant effect,3 patients had no effect,the total effective rate was 90.90%,13 patients in the control group had significant effect,13 patients had significant effect,7 patients had no effect,the total effective rate was 78.7%.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of "Spirit-regulation formula",with acupuncture combining three needles of nose group was better than the routine acupuncture group.3.Comparison of symptoms grading score table,physical signs grading.After treatment,the symptom score of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TNSS and TNNSS,The scores of TNSS and TNNSS in the two groups were decreased before and after treatment,,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Both groups can improve the nasal symptoms,and "Spirit,regulation formula" with acupuncture combining three needles of nose Group is better than the routine acupuncture group.5.Long-term effects:the symptom score and the treatment time in the group of"Spirit-regulation formula" with acupuncture combining three needles of nose were significantly improved three months after treatment,The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The group of "Spirit-regulation formula" with acupuncture combining three needles of nose was better than that of routine acupuncture group.2.The group of "Spirit-regulation formula" with acupuncture combining three needles of nose was superior to the routine acupuncture group in improving the symptoms of nasal discomfort,quality of life and anxiety of patients with allergic rhinitis syndrome.3.The long-term curative effect of "Spirit-regulation formula"with acupuncture combining three needles of nose group is better than that of routine acupuncture group.
