Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Cizhu Ear Acupoint Pressing On Insomnia Of Heart And Kidney Disjoint After Ischemic Stroke

ObjectiveThis study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Cizhu auricular acupoint pressing in the treatment of heart-kidney incompatibility after ischemic stroke,and to explore the therapeutic effect and clinical value of Cizhu auricular acupoints,so as to provide evidence for further research in the future.MethodsBased on the diagnostic inclusion criteria,this study selected 58 inpatients who were treated in the Rehabilitation Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to January 2021.According to their admission order,random number tables were used.Divide them into two groups,with 29 cases each in the treatment group and the control group,none of which were excluded or dropped out.Both groups were treated with basic treatment of ischemic stroke.The control group was treated with estazolam tablets 3 hours before going to bed,and the treatment group was treated with Cizhu auricular acupoint pressing on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was both 3 weeks.PSQI score,TCM symptom score,neurological deficit NIHSS score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score were given before and after treatment,and the curative effect after treatment was evaluated.Results1.The combination of magnetic beads ear acupoint pressing combined with oral Estazolam tablets and simple oral Estazolam tablets group can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with post-stroke insomnia,and the overall clinical effects of the two are equivalent.There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the time to fall asleep,sleep efficiency,and sleep disturbance.However,Cizhu Ear Acupoint Press was better than simple oral Estazolam tablets in improving sleep quality,sleep time,hypnotic drugs,and daytime dysfunction..2.The combination of Cizhu ear acupuncture and Estazolam group and the simple oral Estazolam tablet group can improve the symptoms of patients in traditional Chinese medicine.The two groups have no obvious improvement in the four aspects of patients’ sleep time,difficulty falling asleep,lethargy,and forgetfulness.Differences,the treatment group was significantly better than the simple Estazolam group in improving upset,palpitations,dreaminess,dizziness,tinnitus,waist and knee weakness,hot flashes and night sweats,five upset fever,dry throat and less fluid.3.Both the magnetic beads ear acupoint pressing combined with Estazolam group and the simple oral administration of Estazolam tablets can improve the neurological deficit function of patients after stroke,but the effect of magnetic pearl ear acupoint pressing combined with Estazolam tablets is better than simple oral administration Estazolam tablet group.4.Both the Cizhu ear acupoint pressing combined with Estazolam group and simple oral administration of Estazolam tablets can alleviate the anxiety of post-stroke patients,but the effect of CZ ear acupoint pressing combined with Estazolam tablets in improving anxiety is more effective.Significantly.ConclusionCizhu auricular acupoint pressing combined with oral Estazolam tablets is safe and effective in the treatment of insomnia after apoplexy.
