Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of CDT on traumatic swelling, and to provide reference and basis for the treatment of swelling in patients with traumatic swelling in clinic. Methods:A total of 60 patients with closed fractures of the lower extremities who were admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province from November 2019 to September 2020 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected as the research objects. They were sampled according to the computerized random number table and divided into 30 cases in the control group. And 30 cases in the study group. The control group was treated with traditional swelling treatment, and the study group was treated with CDT.Observe and compare the general information of the two groups of patients(age, gender, education level, marital status, place of residence, occupational status, family income per capita and payment method of medical expenses),disease-related data(fracture type, chronic disease and swelling part),research related indicators(Limb circumference, swelling grade, swelling degree, pain score, functional exercise compliance,Richards-Campbell sleep scale score and Kolcaba comfort assessment scale score).Comprehensive evaluation of the clinical application value of CDT treatment methods combined with various observation results.Result:(1)The comparison of general data,disease-related data and research-related indicators of the control group and the intervention group before intervention was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and they were comparable.(2)After the intervention, the difference between the swelling degree of the intervention group and the control group on the first day,the third day and the fifth day was statistically significant(P<0.05).At each time point, the intervention group was lower than the control group.(3)After five days of intervention, the swelling grades between the intervention group and the control group were different(P<0.05),and the proportion of swelling grade I in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group.(4)After the intervention, the NRS scores of patients in the intervention group on the first, third and fifth days were lower than those of the control group(4.93±1.36VS6.13±1.17,3.67±1.03VS5.40±1.10,2.47±0.97VS4.50±1.11),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)After five days of intervention, patients in the intervention group had better functional exercise compliance than the control group, and the proportion of complete compliance in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(6)After five days of intervention, the Richards-Campbell Sleep Scale score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,75.50(71.00,82.00)VS 68.00(64.00,70.00),70.00(70.00,80.00)VS 54.50(45.00),60.00),70.00(60.00,75.00)VS50.00(42.00,65.00),70.50(70.00,80.00)VS55.00(50.00,60.00),71.00(70.00,80.00)VS60.00(50.00,65.00),80.00(70.00,83.00)VS58.50(50.00,60.00)The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)After five days of intervention, the Kolcaba comfort assessment scale score of the intervention group was 75.50(71.00,82.00)VS 68.00(64.00,70.00)higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study show that the effect of CDT on patients with traumatic swelling is faster and better than traditional swelling treatment alone. It can effectively relieve pain, improve patients’compliance with functional exercise, patients’ sleep quality and comfort, and promote Early rehabilitation and functional recovery of patients to prevent complications is worthy of clinical promotion.
