Aim:By observing the functional dyspepsia(FD)patients and healthy controls of electrogastrogram and related hormones to explore the FD patients with gastric dynamic test results of correlation analysis between the anomalies and gastrointestinal hormone, and further study the influence of the brain-im axis of FD,further clarify the pathogenesis of FD,and to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment to provide the theory basis of objective and practical. Methods:According to the Roman Ⅳ standard, the patients in the FD experimental group were divided into three subtypes.20 people were randomly selected from each subtype, and 20 healthy volunteers were randomly selected as the control group. The changes of electrogastro, gastric emptying and related hormones were observed simultaneously. The contents of motilin, somatostatin and substance P in peripheral blood of experimental group and control group were determined by radioimmunoassay, and the content of nitric oxide in peripheral blood was determined by nitrate reductase method. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software, the measurement data were analyzed by t-test,and the counting data were analyzed by X2 test. All results were considered statistically significant as P<0.05.Results:(1)Changes in gastric emptying:There was no significant difference between the ulcer-like,non-specific and dysmotility-like groups in the gastric half emptying time(GET 1/2)and the food residue rate 2 hours after a meal compared with the healthy group(P>0.05);(2)Gastric electrical rhythm changes:Compared with the healthy control group, the percentage of normal gastric electrical rhythm after meal in the FD group was 64.34±26.58%,which was statistically significant compared with the healthy group(P<0.05);(3)Changes in gastrointestinal hormones:There are changes in gastrointestinal hormones in patients with FD,which are manifested as decreased fasting MTL,elevated SS and NO,and insignificant changes in SP,which will lead to abnormal gastric emptying and electrogastrograph;(4)Motilin changes:The comparison of plasma motilin(MTL)values between FD patients and healthy volunteers in each digestion interval showed that the plasma motilin values of each digestion interval in the FD group were lower than those in the normal healthy volunteer group,of which digestion stage II and digestion III There was a statistically significant difference in motilin(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Patients with FD have obvious gastric motility disorders, which are mainly manifested as delayed emptying of solid food, which confirms that delayed gastric emptying is an important pathophysiological mechanism of FD;(2)The electrogastrogram of FD patients has obvious abnormalities, mainly manifested as a disorder of the gastric rhythm, which indicates that the electrogastrograph test for FD patients can complement the gastric emptying test and provide useful help for diagnosis and treatment;(3)There are changes in gastrointestinal hormones in patients with FD,which are manifested as decreased fasting MTL,elevated SS and NO,and insignificant changes in SP,which will lead to abnormal gastric emptying and electrogastrograph;(4)As an information carrier produced by the neuro-endocrine system in the brain-gut axis, different brain-gut peptides have different mechanisms of action, but the changes in the molecular level of multiple brain-gut peptides cause macroscopic effects.Together,it played a big role in the occurrence of FD.
