With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,intelligent question answering(Q&A)systems are widely used in all walks of life.In recent years,people’s medical and health needs have been increasing,and search engines have become an important channel for people to retrieve medical Q&A information.Currently,domestic search engines lack of semantic understanding process for questions.They only display webpage links close to keywords in the results,and cannot intuitively give answers to questions.The accuracy and authority of search results cannot be guaranteed.With the vigorous advancement of the national smart medical project,the main research purpose of this article is to realize an intelligent Q&A system for the medical domain,aiming to provide people with accurate and reliable intelligent Q&A services.Currently,there are the following problems in the research process of intelligent Q&A systems.First,traditional Q&A systems based on template matching require a lot of manpower to maintain the template library,and second,intelligent Q&A systems based on deep learning have the problems of incomplete semantic understanding and poor model interpretability.(1)This paper selects technology from the system architecture level,and proposes a design scheme of medical intelligent Q&A system based on semantic analysis.Compared with traditional solutions,the semantic analysis process design is added,which can accurately analyze user questions and solve the problem of poor intelligence in traditional solutions.(2)This paper proposes an intelligent Q&A algorithm in the medical domain based on semantic analysis.The algorithm introduces the BERT(Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers)pre-training model and constructs a Q&A process based on semantic analysis.The core content is to propose an entity recognition model based on BERT-Bi LSTMCNNs-CRF and a rule-based path ordering algorithm.This paper proposes an algorithm based on semantic analysis to effectively improve the ability of semantic analysis of question.Specifically,the algorithm first combines the entity recognition method and the question type recognition method to perform preliminary path screening,then uses the path ranking algorithm to generate the optimal query path,and finally retrieves the answer to the question in the graph database(Neo4j).(3)This paper integrates the medical intelligent Q&A algorithm based on semantic analysis into the design scheme of the medical intelligent Q&A system,and combines HTML,Bootstrap and other front-end technologies to implement the system on the Web side.In order to improve the professionalism of the intelligent Q&A system,the system uses PKUBASE and Open KG Covid-19 knowledge data as the Q&A system knowledge base.After testing,the system has stable performance and good interactivity,which can meet people’s daily medical-related questions inquiries.
