| PurposeTo investigate the status quo of mental resilience of newly diagnosed AIDS inpatients and analyze its influencing factors,to analyze the relationship between mental resilience and post-traumatic stress disorder,and to explore the influence of acceptance and commitment therapy on mental resilience,post-traumatic stress disorder and stigma in newly diagnosed AIDS inpatients Methods1.Cross-sectional investigation: 194 newly diagnosed AIDS inpatients from June 2019 to January 2020 in a third-class A hospital in Changsha were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling.Adopting the general data questionnaire,psychological scale(CD-RISC),social impact scale(SIS),post-traumatic stress disorder scale civilian version(PCLS-C)and social support rating scale(SSRS)questionnaire investigation,using correlation analysis,single factor analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis the influence factors of hospitalized patients with newly diagnosed HIV psychological elasticity and its relationship with post-traumatic stress disorder.2.Intervention study: From May 2020 to November 2020,66 newly diagnosed AIDS patients in the AIDS inpatient department of a third-grade A hospital in Changsha were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.The control group was given 6 health education interviews,and the intervention group was given 6 psychological interventions of acceptance and commitment therapy on this basis.Resilience scale(CD-RISC)and civilian version of post-traumatic stress disorder self-rating scale(PCL-C)were used to measure the psychological status of patients before intervention,at the end of the 6th week of intervention,and at the end of the 1st month after intervention.Stigma was measured using the Social Influence Scale(SIS)before and after intervention.Results1.194 newly diagnosed AIDS inpatients’ mental resilience score was(51.14±6.23).Univariate analysis showed that the total score of mental resilience of newly diagnosed AIDS inpatients with different ages,educational level,monthly family income and number of complications had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the level of mental resilience of newly diagnosed AIDS inpatients was positively correlated with social support(P < 0.05),negatively correlated with stigma(P < 0.05),and negatively correlated with post-traumatic stress disorder(P < 0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education level,number of complications,social support and stigma were the main influencing factors of mental resilience of newly diagnosed AIDS inpatients.2.Before intervention,there were no significant differences in demographic characteristics,PTSD score,resilience score and stigma score between the two groups(all P > 0.05).At the end of the sixth week after intervention and at the end of the first month after intervention,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of mental resilience and post-traumatic stress disorder between the two groups(all P < 0.05).There was also significant difference in the level of stigma before and after intervention(P< 0.05).Conclusion1.The mental resilience of newly diagnosed AIDS inpatients is at a low level,which is positively correlated with the degree of social support,negatively correlated with stigma,and negatively correlated with the level of post-traumatic stress disorder.Age,educational level,number of complications,social support and stigma were the main influencing factors of mental resilience of newly diagnosed AIDS inpatients.2.Acceptance and commitment therapy can significantly improve the mental resilience of newly diagnosed AIDS patients,improve the psychological problems of post-traumatic stress disorder,and reduce stigma. |
