Study On The Chemical Constituents Of Fibraurea Recisa Pierre And Geastrum Saccatum

Fibraurea Caulis is the dried cane of Fibraurea recisa Pierre,a plant of the fangchi family,which has the effects of clearing heat heat-toxin.Geastrum saccatun is a medicinal mushroom with antioxidant,antibacterial and cytotoxic activities.1.This paper studies the chemical constituents of the traditional Chinese medicine F.recisa and the large fungus Geastrum saccatun.Firstly,the medicinal materials are soaked and extracted,and then separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,gel column chromatography,MCI column chromatography and recrystallization.Finally,the structure of the compound was identified and separated with analytical instruments such as nuclear magnetic wave.（1）A total of 21 compounds were isolated and identified from F.recisa,namely:palmatine（1）,jatrorrhizine（2）,tetrahydropalmatine（3）,columbin（4）,fibleucin（5）,7-keto-β-sitosterol valerate（6）,3-hydroxy stigmasterane（7）,stigmaster-5,22-diene-3β-ol（8）,Stigmaster-4-en-3β-ol（9）,dandelion sterol acetate（10）,β-sitosterol（11）,stigmasterol（12）,marksterone A（13）,11-Methyl pentadecenoate（14）,tetradecenoic acid（15）,methyl undecylenate（16）,nonadenosic acid（17）,dodecenoic acid（18）,Taraxazone（19）,2-methoxy-3,4-cyclodienone（20）,trans-ferulyl tyramide（21）.Among them,compounds 6,7,8,9,10,12,14,15,16,17,18,and 20 were all isolated from F.recisa for the first time.（2）A total of 3 compounds were isolated and identified from Geastrum saccatun,namely:ergoster-6,22-diene-3β,5α,8α-triol（1）,D-allol（2）and O-methyllycorenine N-oxide（3）,these 3 compounds are all from Geastrum saccatun for the first time.2.Based on the research on the chemical constituents of F.recisa,using the total content of palmatine and jatrorrhizine as a reference,the content of palmatineand jatrorrhizine in eight F.recisa from different origins and different growth years were determined by HPLC.The following conclusions can be drawn:The origin and size of F.recisa medicinal herbs are important factors affecting the quality of F.recisa.Among them:（1）The quality of F.recisa medicinal herbs from different origins of production is quite different,and the quality of medicinal herbs from Yulin,Guangxi is better than that of Myanmar;（2）The quality of F.recisa medicinal herbs of different growth years varies greatly.The longer the growth period of the medicinal material,the better the quality of medicinal herbs.
