| ObjectiveTo understand the clinical effect of Shu mai preparation in the treatment of lower limb vascular disease of diabetes mellitus with qi deficiency and blood stasis through clinical trials. Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,a total of 72 patients who were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of the Second Middle School Hospital of Guangdong Province from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, using random number table method.Patients in both groups were given general treatment. On this basis, aspirin enteric coated tablets and Atorvastatin calcium tablets were taken orally in both groups every night, and Shu pulse preparation was added in the treatment group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment, and 3 courses were observed.Collection of two groups of patients with gender, age, course and body mass index, baseline data, and at the end of the trial begins with western medicine curative effect of the patients with(FPG,PPG,Hcy,ABI,popliteal artery stenosis degree, etc.)and TCM symptoms integral, through the analysis and comparison of the results before and after the two times to understand the clinical efficacy of Shu mai preparation in improving lower extremity vascular disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes mellitus.Results1.Before treatment, there were no statistical differences in gender, age, duration of diabetes, body mass index(BMI)and other baseline data between the two groups, indicating comparability.(P>0.05)2.In terms of blood glucose, compared with the control group, there were no statistically significant differences in fasting blood glucose(FPG)and postprandial blood glucose(PPG)in the treatment group.(P>0.05)3.In terms of blood vessels, compared with the control group, there were significant differences in blood homocysteine(Hcy),ankle brachial index(ABI)and popliteal artery stenosis degree in the treatment group.(P<0.01)4.In terms of TCM indexes, compared with the control group, there were significant differences in the pain score of lower extremity,TCM lower extremity cooling score,TCM intermittent limp score and total TCM symptom score(P<0.01),the total effective rate of the control group was 48.48%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 75.76%,and the total effective rate of TCM in the treatment group was significantly different(P<0.01).5.In terms of safety indexes, there were no statistical differences in ALT,AST,BUN and serum creatinine between the two groups before and after treatment.(P>0.05)ConclusionCompared with simple western medicine treatment,Shu mai preparation combined with western medicine treatment can significantly improve blood homocysteine(Hcy),ankle brachial index(ABI),degree of popliteal artery stenosis and other Western Medicine indicators in patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease,At the same time,it can improve the clinical symptoms of lower limb pain, chills, indirect claudication, and has good safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
