ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to explore the clinical efficacy and advantages of this study by observing the Jin’s three needle combined with Xiaojie’an in the treatment of breast hyperplasia, and the comparative analysis of breast-related symptoms and signs,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and concomitant symptom score before and after treatment.Methods60 subjects who had passed the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the proportion of 1:1.Finally,30 patients were included in the acupuncturemedicine group and the drug group. The drug group was treated with oral Xiaojie’an capsule;the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the drug group:the acupoints were the breast three needles,Sishen needles,Dingshen needles,Siguan,Qimen(LR14),Zusanli(ST36).The observation indicators of the patients before and after treatment were collected after 8 weeks, and the data software SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis.ResultsThe basic conditions of the two groups were compared before treatment, including age, course of disease, score of breast-related symptoms and signs,SAS scale score, concomitant symptom score P>0.05.It showed that the basic conditions of the two groups were similar and could be compared.1 Breast-related symptoms and signs:There was a statistic difference of the total score of breast-related symptoms and signs, pain score, tenderness score and mass texture score of the two groups between after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistic difference in the score of mass size and mass distribution between the after treatment and before the treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the comparison between the two groups showed that the acupuncture-medicine group was superior to the drug group in reducing the total score, pain score, tenderness score and mass texture(P<0.05),while in reducing the size and distribution of the mass, there was no statistic difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2 SAS score:The SAS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was a stastistic difference between acupuncture-medicine group and the medicine group after treatment(P<0.05),and the acupuncture-medicine group was better than the medicine group.3 Concomitant symptom score:The scores of concomitant symptoms of the two groups after treatment were compared with those before treatment, the acupuncture-medicine group could effectively reduce the total scores of concomitant symptoms and various symptoms(P<0.05),while the drug group could only effectively alleviate the total scores of bad mood, abnormal menstruation, waist and knee soreness and concomitant symptoms(P<0.05),but did not improve the symptoms of fullness and blood stasis on both sides(P>0.05).According to the comparison between the two groups after treatment, the acupuncture-medicine group was superior to the drug group in relieving symptoms of bad mood, fullness of both sides, blood stasis and total score(P<0.05),but there was no statistic difference in abnormal menstruation and sore waist and knees between the two groups(P>0.05).4 The overall curative effect:After treatment, the acupuncture group was cured in 1 case, markedly effective in 2 cases, effective in 24 cases and ineffective in 3 cases, with a total effective rate of 90.00%.In the drug group,0 cases were cured,0 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 73.33%.There was significant difference in grade distribution between the two groups(P<0.05),which suggested that the acupuncture-medicine group was superior to the drug group.ConclusionThe results of this study showed that compared with the drug group, the acupuncturemedicine group could better improve the breast-related symptoms and signs(including the degree of pain, tenderness and mass texture),relieve anxiety and relieve the concomitant symptoms(including bad mood, fullness of both sides and blood stasis),and the overall curative effect was better than that of the drug group.
