Clinical Research Of Linggui Bafa Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Chloasma

ObjectiveObserve Lingguibafa combined with syndrome differentiation find out the clinical curative effect of treatment of chloasma,and to explore a reliable and simple acupuncture treatment method,in order to broaden the therapeutic scope of acupuncture and moxibustion,provide more chloasma treatment means,so as to further improve the quality of life of patients.Methods66 patients who met the diagnostic and inclusion standard of chloasma were randomly assigned to the Lingguibafa combined with syndrome differentiation and acupoint selection group(treatment group)and syndrome differentiation and acupoint selection group(control group)at a ratio of 1:1,including 33 cases in each group.Acupoint selection in the treatment group:according to the time of the patient’s visit,according to the Lingguibafa calculation formula and the use of Lingguibafa ring disc,check the opened acupoints(both sides are selected)as the main point,and the corresponding eight pulse intersection acupoints were the guest acupoints,combined with syndrome differentiation,acupoint selection for the treatment of patients.Acupoint selection in control group:acupoint selection for treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Three times a week,each operation time 30 minutes,4 weeks for a period of treatment,treatment of two period of treatment.ResultsDuring the whole treatment process,1 case was removed in the treatment group and 1 case was shed,while 2 cases were shed in the control group.A total of 62 patients into its statistical analysis,with 31 cases in each group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the results of the study showed:1.Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in age,course of disease,syndrome differentiation,color score of chloasma,area score of chloasma and other indicators(P>0.05),showing comparability.2.Comparison shows that in the group,two groups of patients after treatment,their color and area of rating of chloasma,symptoms was improved,the has significant difference(P<0.05).3.The comparison between two groups showed that after treatment,the color and area scores of chloasma in the treatment group decreased more obviously than that in the control group,and the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).4.In terms of overall curative effect,treatment group total effective rate is 96.77%,and the control group total effective rate was 83.87%,both after statistical tests,with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionClinical observation indexes showed that the curative effect of Linggui Bafa combined with syndrome differentiation and acupoint acupuncture in the treatment of chloasma was significantly higher than that of using syndrome differentiation and acupoint acupuncture alone.Moreover,this method has the advantages of obvious curative effect,simple operation,no side effects and high cure rate,which is suitable for wide application and popularization in clinical practice.
