Speech interaction is a human-computer interaction pattern that conforms to the real com-munication mode of human beings,which brings great convenience to human production and daily life.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and cloud computing technology in recent years,the ability of automatic speech recognition and natu-ral language processing has been significantly improved.Products and applications based on intelligent speech technology have gradually occupied an increasing proportion in people’s lives.At present,intelligent speech technology is mainly used in the field of education.It can help guide students to carry out listening and speaking training,and to generate real-time subtitles according to the teaching content.However,the great potential of the technology has not been fully exerted.Intelligent speech technology can make up for the differences in physical function and environment of physical disabilities.It is considered to have a sig-nificant advantage in helping vulnerable groups in their daily and production activities,and helps promote inclusive education.At present,the problem that children with upper limb disabilities cannot write in the pro-cess of receiving education has not been effectively solved.Writing is an important means of absorbing knowledge and expressing individual opinions,and it is a valuable segment in the process of education.Intelligent speech technology has a good application prospect in the field of education and service for the disabled.Therefore,based on the current de-velopment status of intelligent speech technology,this paper believes that using intelligent speech technology to assist students with physical disabilities to solve writing requirements can bring them new learning experience,improve their learning efficiency,and help them integrate into school and social life better.In this paper,intelligent speech technologies such as Speech Recognition and Natural Language Processing are combined with the concept of educational robots to solve handwriting problems encountered by children with upper limb disabilities in writing scenario.A product that can effectively assist disabled students to perform routine writing and test paper answering is designed.This paper focuses on the application of Speech Recognition and Natural Language Process-ing technology to virtual writing aids,aiming to help children with upper limb disabilities overcome the handicap of writing in the process of learning.This paper mainly completed the following work.Firstly,the development history of the current intelligent speech tech-nology is reviewed.The application of relevant speech processing technology in related fields is classified.Furthermore,the specific technologies and application modes that can be applied to the writing robot in intelligent speech processing are analyzed.Secondly,ac-cording to the actual scenario of test paper answering,an intelligent voice-controlled writing system is designed,which mainly solves the problems of concrete writing such as mathe-matical formulas,English letters and basic geometric figures which are commonly shown in answering examination paper.Finally,the experimental results and practical significance of the voice-controlled writing system will be evaluated.The problems to be optimized in the current design are analyzed,and the future work content and development direction are proposed.The experimental results show that the intelligent voice-controlled writing system for chil-dren with upper limb disabilities can process the basic writing operation in the education scene,and has certain practical value in helping marginalized students to write on the answer sheet.With the detailed processing and optimization of modules and functional processes,there will be more functions of the intelligent voice-controlled writing robot.It is believed that the application of intelligent speech technology in inclusive education and service for the disabled has a certain promotional significance.
