Construction Of Core Competence Evaluation Index System For Neurosurgical Specialized Nurse

Objective:In order to provide some reference for the cultivation and evaluation of the core competence of specialized nurses in neurosurgery,an index system for the evaluation of the core competence of specialized nurses in neurosurgery was established in accordance with the current situation in China.Methods:On the basis of literature analysis,based on the core competence theory and "Hamric’s model of advanced nursing practice"as the framework,the Delphi method was used to construct the content and weight of the core competence evaluation index for specialized nurses in neurosurgery.Results:After two rounds of expert consultation,the core competence evaluation index system of specialized neurosurgical nurses was preliminarily constructed,including 7 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 46 third-level indicators.In this study,the expert judgment coefficient,expert familiarity coefficient and expert authority coefficient are 0.88,0.98 and 0.93 respectively.It indicates that the expert authority is higher.The coordination coefficients of the first,second and third indexes were 0.342,0.276 and 0.260,respectively,with P<0.05,indicating a high degree of expert recognition.The names and weights of first-level indicators are as follows:Nursing practice ability(0.1587),guidance and training ability(0.1542),cooperation ability(0.1496),consulting ability(0.1361),leadership ability(0.1361),research ability(0.1383),ethical decision-making ability(0.1270).Conclusions:The core competence evaluation index system of specialized nurses in neurosurgery is scientific in method and reliable in content,which can provide guidance for the cultivation of specialized nurses in neurosurgery,and provide reference for relevant research fields.However,as the results of this study have not been applied and popularized,further evaluation of its application prospects is needed.
