Expression And Clinical Significance Of Vasorin In Non-small Cell Lung Cancer | | Posted on:2022-02-14 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:F He | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2504306347986969 | Subject:Clinical Medicine | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective:Lung cancer is a malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality in the world,which seriously threatens human life and health.This study was to explore the expression of Vasorin in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its relationship with angiogenesis and apoptosis,hoping to find a new biomarker for NSCLC.Methods:40 surgical specimens confirmed as NSCLC were collected from the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from January to October 2020,and 20 para-cancerous normal lung tissues were collected as controls.All NSCLC patients enrolled in this study had not received chemotherapy,radiotherapy,targeted therapy,immunotherapy and other anti-tumor therapy before operation.All specimens were stained with Vasorin and CD34 by immunohistochemical SP method.Cell apoptosis was detected by TUNEL method.To analyze the relationship between Vasorin and angiogenesis and apoptosis in NSCLC.Results:1.The expression of Vasorin and CD34 in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in para-cancerous normal lung tissues(P<0.05).2.The expression of Vasorin in NSCLC was positively correlated with tumor diameter and TNM stage,while CD34 was positively correlated with tumor diameter,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.But there was no significant correlation between the expression of Vasorin and CD34 in NSCLC(r=0.246,P>0.05).4.The apoptosis index(AI)of NSCLC was significantly higher than that of para-cancerous normal lung tissues(P<0.05),and the expression level of Vasorin was negatively correlated with the apoptosis index of NSCLC(r=-0.932,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The overexpression of Vasorin in NSCLC is closely related to tumor diameter and TNM stage,which can be used as an important index to judge the stage and predict the prognosis of NSCLC.2.Vasorin has no significant correlation with angiogenesis in NSCLC,so it cannot be used as an important index to evaluate the angiogenesis of NSCLC.3.Vasorin is an anti-apoptotic factor involved in the genesis and development of NSCLC by mediating apoptosis. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Vasorin, CD34, Non-small cell lung cancer, Angiogenesis, Apoptosis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
