| With the improvement of people’s living standards and the demand for diversified medical services,the number of private hospitals is increasing,and has become an important part of China’s medical service system.As the most important provider of medical services,clinicians represent the medical service level of private hospitals,and their work efficiency directly affects the medical strength and competitiveness of private hospitals in the medical industry.People’s demand for medical quality and service level is constantly improving,which puts forward new requirements for clinicians in private hospitals.Private hospitals need to adopt advanced management methods to ensure more efficient work and effective exercise of their functions through more smooth operation.At present,as a mature management method,performance evaluation has been widely used in various fields and departments.How to set reasonable and effective evaluation indicators according to the characteristics of evaluation objects has become an important research topic.This paper fully analyzes the current performance evaluation of clinicians in X private hospital.In view of its lack of systematicness,scientificity and direction of improvement,based on the theory of performance evaluation at home and abroad,combined with the analysis of clinicians’ post characteristics in X private hospital,the Balanced Score Card(BSC),Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)are introduced to construct a performance evaluation system for clinicians in private hospitals.The reconstructed performance evaluation system of X private hospital clinicians includes four dimensions:work performance,patient service,internal operation and learning and growth ability.According to the development strategy of X private hospital,key performance indicators are selected for each dimension.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the performance of X private medical hospital from five aspects:improving the performance evaluation system of clinicians,focusing on the improvement of young clinicians’ work performance,creating service brands to improve patient satisfaction,improving the operation efficiency of internal process of clinicians,and strengthening the learning and growth ability and characteristic innovation of clinicians. |
