Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the expression of AHNAK2 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer, normal ovarian tissue and ovarian epithelial benign tumor, and to analyze the relationship between AHNAK2 protein and the clinicopathological elements of epithelial ovarian cancer. To further explore the expression of AHNAK2 and its clinical significance in epithelial ovarian cancer and provide a new marker for the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods:Paraffin sections were collected from patients admitted to the department of gynaecology of affiliated hospital of binzhou medical college from August 2010 to August 2014,so the patients were followed up to October 31,2018.Firstly,the expression of AHINAK2 in 108 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer,30 cases of ovarian epithelial benign carcinoma and 20 cases of normal ovarian organization were studied by tissue microarray immunohistochemistry(TMA-IHC).The expression of 108 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer in clinical stage, differentiation level, lymph node metastasis, peritoneal implantation and age was studied.Finally,kaplan-meier survival curve and log-rank test were used for univariate analysis of each index affecting the prognosis of ovarian cancer patients, and statistically significant influencing factors were obtained. The shadow factors were introduced into Cox regression analysis and Cox risk ratio model was established to obtain independent risk factors with statistical significance related to prognosis.Results:1.The total set of hemangiopericytoma egg fruit AHNAK2 expression was significantly higher in the epithelial ovarian benign tumor and normal ovarian tissue of the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant(x2=55.517 P<0.010).2.Statistical analysis of the AHNAK2 expression in 108 ovarian cancer tissues showed that the expression intensity of AMNAK2 was not related to the age of patients(P>0.05),but related to the pathological differentiation degree of tumor tissues and FIGO stage of patients(P<0.001).The positive expression rate of AMNAK2 in patients with low-differentiated ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in patients with medium-differentiated ovarian cancer, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=21.223,P<0.001).The positive expression rate of AHNAK2 in stage Ⅲ&Ⅳpatients was obviously higher than that in stage Ⅰ&Ⅱ patients(33.33%,95.24%),and there was statistically significant difference(x2=47.408,P<0.001).3.After univariate analysis, statistically significant prognostic factors of ovarian cancer(P<0.05)were brought into the Cox regression analysis, and AHMAK2 expression were found to be independent prognostic factors. The prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer with high AHNAK2 expression was worse than those with low AHNAK2 expression.Conclusion:AHNAK2 is highly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue and is an independent risk factor for prognosis of shadow surgery patients, suggesting that it may be involved in tumorigenesis, progression and metastasis.
