Objective:To observe the clinical effects of buzhong yiqi pill combined with tiotropium bromide on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(copd)patients with lung-qi deficiency.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 80 patients were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table grouping method.The odd-numbered group was used as the treatment group and the even-numbered group was as control group,with 40 patients in each group.Treatment group:40 patients were given oral buzhong yiqi pills one bag at a time(6g),three times a day,combined with tiotropium bromide powder inhaler,one inhalation per night,each inhalation 2 press-presse per inhalation.Control group:40 patients were treated with tiotropium bromide powder inhaler,one inhalation per night,each inhalation 2 press-presse per inhalation.The course of treatment is 2 months.The changes of TCM symptoms,total effective rate of TCM,mMRC grading,CAT score and lung function in the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:1.Compared with the control group,the TCM symptoms in the treatment group improved significantly,especially in indigestion and loss of appetite,spontaneous sweating and phlegm(p<0.05).The control group showed poor improvement in TCM symptoms.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).3.CAT scores and 6MWT of the treatment group and control group were improved after treatment(p<0.05).The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(p<0.05).4.The pulmonary function test(FEV1%)of the two groups was slightly improved,but there was no statistical significance(p>0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong yiqi pill combined with tiotropium bromide is effective in the treatment of stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung-qi deficiency type,which can significantly improve the symptoms of indigestion and loss of appetite,spontaneous sweating,and sputum expectoration and so on.It can improve the patient’s quality of life.There was no significant improvement in the pulmonary function,during the trial period in both of the two groups.
