A Study On The Physiological Changes Of Uterus In Response To Body Surface Resistance Of Foot-three-yin Meridian

Objective: By observing the changes in the resistance of healthy female college students in different meridians and different genus of the three-yin meridian at different times of the menstrual cycle,to explore the specific laws of the menstrual cycle of the resistance reaction of the cave surface,enriching the specificity of acupoints reflecting function,this will lay a foundation for further research on the mechanism of meridian points reflecting visceral functions,at the same time,it provides a reference for exploring the biophysical characteristics of menstrual cycle related acupoints of healthy female college students.Method: This study included 60 health female college students from March 2018 to January 2019,all female college students and graduate students in our school.researched at the Experimental Center of Xingyuan Campus of our school.the instrument adopts the dynamic characteristics of meridian acupoints(resistance)body surface monitoring system(type II).The instrument is developed by Professor Yang Weisheng of Peking University and has a measurement accuracy of 0.05 ohms.select the original point,Xi point,intersection point and non-special point,the non-related meridian point,the non-menstrual point.during the menstrual period(when the menstrual flow is maximum),the follicular phase(1 or 2 days after the end of menstruation),the ovulation period(the first day after the basal body temperature increases),the luteal phase(the 8 or 9 days after the basal body temperature increases)),The subjects were detected at these four time points.exposure site and the body surface resistance was continuously dynamically detected for 30 min after stabilizing the body state,and the imbalance degree of the same name acupoint resistance was used as the main outcome index.each subject maintained the same time point for 4 probes.Results:1.Correlation Analysis between Resistance Debalance and Indoor and Outdoor Environment of Point Body Meter1.1Relation between resistance and indoor temperatureThe degree of resistance imbalance of Taibai point in menstrual period was related to low indoor temperature(r=0.247,P=0.02);that of Taibai point in ovulation was related to low indoor temperature(r=0.235, P=0.03);and that of Sanyinjiao point in luteal stage was related to lowindoor temperature(r=-0.218,P=0.04).1.2 Relation between resistance and indoor humidityThe resistance imbalance of the ground machine acupoint during menstrual period is related to the low indoor humidity(r=0.275,P=0.01); the resistance imbalance of the Taixi acupoint during the follicular phaseis related to the low indoor humidity(r=0.216,P=0.04).Acupoint resistance imbalance is related to low indoor humidity(r=0.389,P=0.00),Sanyinjiao resistance imbalance is related to low indoor humidity (r=-0.260,P=0.01);Taibai acupoint resistance imbalance during ovulation is related to Low indoor humidity correlation(r=0.263,P=0.01),Sanyinjiao resistance imbalance is related to low indoor humidity (r=-0.231,P =0.03).1.3 Relation between resistance and outdoor temperatureNon-menstrual non-acupoint resistance imbalance is related to low outdoor temperature(r=0.213,P=0.04);Taichong acupoint resistanceimbalance during follicular phase is related to low outdoor temperature (r=0.323,P=0.00).1.4 Relation between resistance and outdoor humidityThe degree of resistance imbalance in the acupoints during the follicular phase is related to the low outdoor humidity(r=0.295,P=0.01).2.Comparison of Resistance Debalance Results2.1 There was a significant difference in body surface resistance imbalance between the follicular phase and ovulation phase,ovulation phase and luteal phase at the same point,Taibai(P <0.05).2.2 The menstrual period and follicular phase,menstrual period and ovulation period,menstrual period and luteal phase compared with the same name acupoints of the body surface resistance imbalance,there are significant differences in Xuanzhong(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.From the experimental results,it is inferred that from the comparison of the body surface resistance imbalance of the acupoints,the acupoints that have a specific reaction during menstruation are Xuanzhong acupoints.2.From the experimental results,it is speculated that from the comparison of the body surface resistance imbalance of the acupoints,the acupoints that have a specific response during ovulation are the Taibai acupoints.3.Meridian points is not only related to the meridian points and the spinal cord segments of the viscera,but also has a specific relationship with the attributes of meridians and acupoints.4.There is no obvious correlation between the electrical resistance and the indoor and outdoor environment.
