Clinical Observation Of Sang Ting Ning Xiao Granule In Treating Infantile Asthma Fever Syndrome

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Sang Ting Ning Xiao granule in treating the infantile asthma attack period(heat asthma syndrome)Methods:Choose the children with asthma from December 2017 to June2019 in the pediatric clinic of Hebei Provincial Hospital of traditional chinese Medicine as the study object,choose the age between 6-12 years old,meet the diagnostic criteria of children with acute attack period of asthma(light moderate degree),meet the 85 children with TCM fever asthma syndrome type,the children were divided into treatment group(42 cases)and control group(43 cases)according to random number table.In the treatment group,Sang Ting Ning Xiao granule was given orally,in the control group,the white syrup was given orally,and in the two groups,7 days was used as a course of treatment and 1 course of treatment.The results of total effective rate,clinical symptom and sign score,peripheral blood EOS count and PEF were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Using SPSS statistical software to process the data.Results:1.In terms of overall efficacyThere were 2 cases of clinical control,30 cases of significant effect,7cases of effective effect,1 case of ineffectiveness,97.5% of total effective rate,1 case of clinical control after treatment in control group,23 cases of significant effect,12 cases of effective effect,4 cases of ineffectiveness,total effective rate of 90.0%.Efficiency of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,after the rank sum test,P<0.05,indicating that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.2.In improving symptoms and signsEach symptom and sign of the two groups after treatment was improved compared to the previous,but the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In reducing the total score of symptoms and signs,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In reducing peripheral blood EOSAfter treatment,the peripheral blood EOS count of the two groups decreased more than before,and the EOS of the treatment group decreased more,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing peripheral blood eos.4.In improving the PEFAfter treatment,the PEF of the two groups were higher than before,but the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the effect of the treatment group in improving PEF was similar to that of the control group.Conclusion:In the treatment of infantile asthma(heat asthma syndrome),Sang Ting Ning Xiao granule are better than xiebai syrup in improving the overall curative effect,improving symptoms and signs and reducing the peripheral blood EOS count,the effects were similar in improving PEF.All of this indicate that Sang Ting Ning Xiao granule has a definite clinical effect and the value of further research and development,it is worth popularizing in clinical application,the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of asthma was also verified.
