Clinical Research Of Jianpi Bushen,Huayu Tongluo –based Treatment Of Pla2r Antibody Positive Low Risk Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

Objective:by observing the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Bushen,Huayu Tongluo in the treatment of pla2 r antibody positive low risk idiopathic membranous nephropathy,in order to provide a better treatment strategy and scheme for the clinical treatment of pla2 r antibody positive low-risk IMN.Methods:In this study,95 patients with pla2 r antibody positive low risk IMN were randomly divided into two groups: Treatment group(n=47)and control group(n=48).All patients were given the same basic treatment.On this basis,the treatment group was was treated by Jianpi Bushen,Huayu Tongluo traditional Chinese medicine.The control group was given orally with piperazine ferulate dispersible tablets(100～200mg Tid).All patients were treated for 2 months.TCM syndrome scores and Titer of phospholipase A2antibody(PLA2R-Ab),24-hour urine protein quantitation(UTP),plasma albumin(ALB),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(Chol),von Willebrand factor(VWF),soluble thrombomodulin(STM),endothelin-1(ET-1),fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D)were observed.Results:1.The treatment group has a total effective rate of 86.67%,and the control group was 64.66%.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),the improvement of the TCM syndrome of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.01).3.The treatment group was better than the control group reducing Titer of phospholipase A2 antibody,reducing proteinuria,Lowering blood lipid,increasing plasma albumin,reducing plasma von Willebrand factor,soluble thrombomodulin and endothelin-1,reducing fibrinogen and D-Dimer.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.The application of traditional Chinese medicine for Jianpi Bushen,Huayu Tongluo in the treatment of PLA2R-Ab positive low-risk IMN can reduce the titer of PLA2R-Ab,improve clinical symptoms,regulate blood lipids,protect glomerular endothelial cells,improve coagulation function,and have good clinical effect.2.The method of Jianpi Bushen,Huayu Tongluo is safe and effective in the treatment of PLA2R-Ab positive low risk IMN and it is worthy of clinical application.
