Clinical Effect And Skin Reaction Observation Of Modified Acupoint Application For Lung Cancer Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Cough

Objective:To observe the skin side effects and curative effect of modified acupoint application in the treatment of lung cancer patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type cough.Methods:During the period from 2018.05 to 2019.03,66 patients with lung cancer cough in the Department of Oncology,Yue Yang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,32 cases in control group and 32 cases in test group.The control group was treated with acupoint application,and the experimental group was treated with modified acupoint application.Three times a week,every 4-6h / time,a total of 3 weeks of treatment.Result:(1)There were 64 cases of lung cancer spleen deficiency,dampness and cough in patients who met the inclusion criteria and completed the clinical subjects.There was no significant difference in age,gender,pathological classification,TNM staging,surgery,or whether there were lesions(P>0.05).),comparable.The course of disease(P<0.05)may affect the experimental results to a certain extent.(2)Comparison of adverse skin reactions,the adverse reactions of skin acupoint application in the two groups were statistically different with time(F time = 0.000),and the adverse reactions of the modified acupoint application group were smaller than those of the acupoint application group.Statistical significance(P <0.05).(3)Through repeated analysis of clinical efficacy data analysis,it was found that daytime cough,night cough,wheezing and shortness of breath improved with time,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the results of night cough,asthma,and shortness of breath between the two treatment regimens(P>0.05).The effects of modified acupoint application and acupoint application were similar.The curative effect of daytime cough acupoint application was better than that of modified acupoint application,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the VAS cough score,both treatments had therapeutic effects,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the initial VAS cough score between the two treatment groups,P=0.687(P>0.05),which was comparable.There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P=0.978)(P>0.05),indicating that the two regimens were similar.(5)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores.Before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both have therapeutic effects.The scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment were compared,P=0.543(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant and comparable.There was no significant difference in the scores of TCM syndrome between the two treatments after treatment(P=0.651)(P>0.05),indicating that the two treatments were similar.(6)Compared with the improvement of quality of life,the improved acupoint application group had statistical differences in role,emotional function,social function,total health status,shortness of breath and insomnia before and after treatment(P<0.05).Therefore,the improved acupoint sticking party has positive therapeutic significance in improving the patient’s role function,emotional function,social function,total health status,relieving shortness of breath and insomnia.There were significant differences in role,emotional function,social function and total health status before and after treatment in the acupoint application group(P<0.05).Therefore,acupoint sticking prescription has certain therapeutic significance in improving patient function,emotional function,social function and total health status.The statistically significant role,emotional function,social function,and total health status were compared between groups.It was found that there was no statistically significant difference between the modified acupoint application and acupoint application(P>0.05).The treatment effect is similar.(7)From the point of view of the immune index,the percentage of Ts cells in the acupoint application group was reduced before and after treatment in the modified acupoint application group and the acupoint application group,and the results were statistically different(P=0.007).Others were P>0.05,no statistical difference,indicating that there was no statistically significant relationship between acupoint application and improvement of cough and other symptoms.Conclusion:(1)Modified acupoint application without white mustard and acupoint application with white mustard can improve clinical symptoms such as daytime cough,nighttime cough,wheezing,and shortness of breath;although acupoint application has cough during treatment daytime Advantages,but from the observation of cough,asthma,and shortness of breath at night,the therapeutic effect of the two acupoint application is similar.Improved acupoint application and acupoint application can improve the VAS cough score and TCM syndrome score.The curative effect is similar.(2)The improved acupoint application without white mustard is less than the acupoint application with white mustard.
