The Design And Implementation Of Hospital Medical Quality Data Analysis System Based On BI

In recent years,the pace of hospital information construction in our country is accelerating day by day.With the continuous development and improvement of the application of clinical medical technology and business system in the hospital,the work efficiency of the hospital has also been significantly improved,resulting in a large number of medical data.How to fully gather and use these data,so as to provide scientific basis for hospital decision-making and daily management,and then make the hospital achieve the goal of fine management and improve medical quality,is one of the important tasks of hospital information construction.Business intelligence technology(BI)due to its rapid analysis technology method and fact-based support system,should be applied in this field using is very popular.Hainan General Hospital has launched the construction of hospital information system around the main line of electronic medical records.After nearly eight years,it has basically completed the development and construction of 57 business subsystems for clinical and medical technology.Each subsystem supports the daily operation of the main medical business and management business of the hospital and its branches.Thereby,a large amount of clinical medical technology and management data have been accumulated.However,due to the variety and fragmentation of hospital business system,the business systems are relatively scattered and independent,resulting in difficulties in data sharing,so it is unable to provide valuable data for hospital managers.In this paper,combined with the current situation of informatization construction and the actual management needs of Hainan General Hospital,around the analysis of medical quality data as the main content,the hospital medical quality data analysis system was designed and implemented by using data warehouse,OLAP and other business intelligence technologies.First of all,sort out the analysis index of medical quality and establish the index system of medical quality;secondly,combining with the business process of the hospital,the business data generated by multiple information systems of the hospital as the basic business data source,and using the kettle tool to extract,transform,load and other operations on the source data to complete the establishment of the data warehouse;thirdly,with visual studio as the development tool,the multi-dimensional data model is created with the theme of outpatient,inpatient,medical technology,DRGs and other indicators analysis;Finally,using DHBI as a visual data tool,it can provide basic data analysis functions such as data query,data statistics and summary,and data comparison,and realize multi-level and multi-dimensional powerful data analysis functions,such as data rolling up and down drilling,data linkage,early warning prompt,etc.,and the data can be displayed to the hospital managers in various ways such as PC,mobile and large screen,it can provide scientific decision support basis with high accuracy,timeliness and scientificity.Since the system has been running online,it has been praised by the hospital managers.The system collects,collates and aggregates data resources of various hospital information systems,realizes information sharing,breaks the bottleneck that traditional reports can only simply query data and aggregate data,solves the problem of differences in statistical data calibre that existed in hospitals,integrate data sources and statistical data caliber and helps to realize digital and precise management of hospitals,strengthen the core competitiveness of hospitals.
