Study On The Influencing Factors Of Infection Management In Public Hospitals Based On Grounded Theory

Hospital infection management is an important part of medical quality management.As a key link of emergency management,hospital infection management can carry out efficient and orderly monitoring and early warning,on-site disposal and timely reporting in case of infectious disease emergencies,so as to stabilize social emotions.To identify the key factors affecting the management of hospital infection is helpful to promote the improvement of hospital infection management and ensure the quality of medical services.Based on the grounded theory,this paper studies the influencing factors of infection management in public hospitals by taking z-3a hospital as an example.The first and second parts mainly introduce the research background and significance of hospital infection management,research methods,research status at home and abroad,related concepts and grounded theory of hospital infection management.The third,fourth and fifth parts mainly use the grounded theory to study the influencing factors of infection management in public hospitals.First of all,the original data of the interviewees about the influencing factors of hospital infection management were obtained by interview method,and eight main categories of influencing factors of hospital infection management were finally excavated by using grounded theory,including hospital infection management organization system,management system,full-time personnel,discipline construction,knowledge training,hospital infection monitoring activities,hospital infection management investment and hospital in the practice of infection prevention and control.The relationship between the core category and the main category was analyzed through the story line,and the influencing factor model of hospital infection management was constructed.Secondly,the influencing factors of hospital infection management were analyzed by using the model of influencing factors of hospital infection management.It is found that although the three-level network system of nosocomial infection management has been established and implemented,the hospital infection management system and hospital infection monitoring plan have been formulated and implemented,but there are still many deficiencies in the construction of hospital infection management organization system,management investment,discipline construction,knowledge training,personnel echelon construction and infection monitoring activities.The prevention and control awareness and executive ability of medical staff in the prevention and control practice need to be further improved.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the management of nosocomialinfection.Z-3A hospital can strengthen the nosocomial infection management by building an efficient hospital infection management organization system,strengthening the construction of hospital infection management echelon and professional quality,carrying out comprehensive and continuous hospital infection management knowledge training,increasing the input of personnel and resources,perfecting and implementing the infection management system and further improving the infection monitoring to strengthen the hospital infection,and doing a good job in hospital infection prevention.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.According to the research results,this paper summarizes and summarizes the full text,and looks forward to the future research direction.Our government attaches great importance to hospital infection management.Taking z-3A hospital as an example,the influencing factors of hospital infection management based on grounded theory are elaborated from the perspective of process,which helps to identify the key factors affecting hospital infection management,and provides reference for the formulation of hospital infection control measures.
