Objective In this study,3D visualization(Three dimensional visualization technology)and 3D printing technique were added to the surgical treatment of benign and malignant occupying of liver. The new technique was introduced to provide a new idea and new scheme for the design of surgical treatment for liver occupying disease and to lay the foundation for individualized and accurate resection of various benign and malignant occupying of liver.and thus evaluate the value of 3d visualization and 3 D printing for the preoperative evaluation and surgical protocol determination of liver benign and malignant tumors. Methods: From March 2019 to December 2019,44 patients with liver occupying diseases underwent partial liver resection in general surgery of Ningbo Medical Center Lihuili Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,A group was preoperative 3D visual evaluation group(3D group),B group was preoperative traditional 2D CT imaging evaluation group(2 D group). The CT image data of the 3Dgroup were processed by software further 3D visualization, the preoperative evaluation and operation plan were developed by 3D visualization data model, the preoperative liver volume measurement was carried out by 3D visualization accompanying software, the pre-cut margin and liver volume estimation were performed, the operation path was simulated and the operation plan of liver resection was established. The indexes of intraoperative and postoperative were collected, and the postoperative follow-up observation was carried out to compare the difference of the effect of surgical treatment and the difference of follow-up results between the two groups. Results 1.The comparison of perioperative conditions between the two groups showed that there was a statistical difference between the two groups(187.5±56.7 min vs 259.0±50.2,P<0.001).In 3D group had less intraoperative blood loss than in 2D group(320.2±133.5ml vs472.6±145.5ml,P=0.001),and in 3D group had less intraoperative blood transfusions(187.1±120.7ml vs 277.4±134.6ml,P<0.05).2.3D estimated resected liver volume has a good correlation with the actual resected liver volume,R=0.999,P<0.001.3.The estimated volume of removed liver in 3D group was more accurate than that in 2 D group,t=10.256,P =0.05.4.comprehensive and comprehensive comparison the incidence of postoperative related complications in the case groups of the two groups. There was no significant correlation between the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups according to the data of this study(P=0.305>0.05).Conclusion in this study, the 3 D group was better than the 2 D group in the comparison of intraoperative bleeding volume and blood transfusion volume.the 3 D group was more accurate than the 2 D group in the comparison of preoperative estimated resection liver volume and cut margin. As a result,three-dimensional visualization can quickly, conveniently and accurately make preoperative evaluation and operation plan, which is helpful to improve the safety, effectiveness and accuracy of surgical treatment for benign and malignant liver tumors.3 D printing technology can print out solid liver model, solid liver model presents real, intuitive, accurate and individualized characteristics,it is helpful to develop individualized and optimize the surgical resection plan for patients with liver occupying disease, and to carry out accurate liver resection treatment for patients with liver occupying disease.
