Background:Hypertension(HTN)is a common chronic disease which is an important global public health challenge and its prevalence is increasing year by year in China. There are many risk factors for hypertension, such as poor lifestyle habits, genetic factors, age, dyslipidemia, high salt intake, etc. With the economic development, people’s quality of life has been increased significantly than before. In terms of diet, people tend to be high in oil and fat,and the number of obesity and dyslipidemia is evidently increased.Metabolicsyndrome(MS)is a risk factor of cardiovascular disease with imbalance of body regulation. It is characterized by obesity, dyslipidemia, insulin resistance, impaired glucose tolerance and hypertension.Among them, hypertension is the most common complication in Chinesepatients[1].Therefore,in Yinzhou, which is a rapid economic development,it is of great significance to carry out the investigation of blood lipid status of hypertension andunderstand the correlation between hypertension and metabolic syndrome. Objective:From the perspective of epidemiology,to understand the blood lipid profile and body mass index of hypertension Yinzhou,to analyze the relationship between blood lipid profile and body mass index of hypertension and its control rate,to explore therelationship between hypertension and metabolic syndrome. To provide sufficient scientific basis for improving the control rate of hypertension and prevention of hypertension with metabolic syndrome in Yinzhou. Methods:Based on the data of the electronic health record system of Yinzhou CDC,this study used the method of retrospective study to obtain the blood pressure control, blood lipids level, weight index, blood glucose, family history,al ergy and habits of the patientswith hypertension in this area.In addition, all patient data in this study were extracted with the approval of NingboYinzhou CDC,and both parties have signed the research project cooperation agreement of Li Huili hospital. Results:The blood pressure control rate of hypertension in Yinzhou was 27.00%from2010 to 2016,of which different levels of Triglyceride,Total Cholesterol, and Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol and Body Mass Index have an effect on the hypertension control rate, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.001),while High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(HDL)has no significant effect on hypertension(P=0.516).Logistic regression analysis found that in addition to sex(Sex),age(Age),allergy history(Al ergy),education(Education),family history(Family),smoking(Smoking),drinking(Drinking),body mass index,Triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were related factors of hypertensionwith MS,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Hypertension patients who are young, illiterate or semi-il iterate, have a history of smoking and drinking, without regularly exercise, obese,LDL cholesterol levels, and elevated elevated triglyceride levels are more likely to have metabolic syndrome.Conclusion:(1)Yinzhou,an area with rapid economic development, has a low control rate of hypertension in 2010-2016.The control rate of hypertension is closely related to hyperlipidemia, obesity and other factors. It is found that the proportion of people with abnormal blood lipid and overweight is not smal, therefore, the patients with hypertension should pay attention to the management of blood lipid level and body weight, reasonable treatment, and improve the control rate of hypertension.(2)Young and middle-aged,illiterate or semi illiterate, with history of smoking and drinking, infrequent exercise, obesity,LDL cholesterol levels, and elevated elevated triglyceride levels are more likely to havemetabolic syndrome. For this part of the population,we should strengthen management and timely intervention.
