Study On The Choice Of Residents’ Medical Treatment Behaviour Based On Community Medcial Service Level

With the general improvement of living standards,people have started to pay more attention to their own health,and the demand for medical services has been increasing.Since the new medical reform in 2009,China has actively promoted the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.As a basic and critical part of the implementation of graded diagnosis and treatment,community medical and health services are directly related to the choice of residents for the first consultation institution.Behavior will have a deeper impact on the capacity of primary medical services and the overall construction of the medical system.Therefore,under the current development level of community medical and health service institutions,research on residents ’medical treatment behavior and its influencing factors is of great significance to promote the construction of primary medical institutions,the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,and realize the healthy transformation of residents’ medical treatment concepts and behaviors.This article selects Tongling City,Anhui province as an example to analyze the residents’ choice of medical treatment under the current level of community medical services.Firstly,referring to the SERVQUAL evaluation model,an evaluation scale of 6 dimensions and 18 subdivision indicators was established.Construct a judgment matrix based on the fuzzy evaluation method,then use Matlab to calculate the index weights at all levels,and the community medical service levelwas evaluated.Secondly,based on Anderson’s medical behavior theory and Grossman’s health needs theory,a community residents medical treatment theory model was constructed,and the residents’ choice of treatment methods and medical treatment institutions under the current community medical development level was analyzed.Finally,through SPSS 24.0,Pearson correlation test and binary logistic regression analysis were carried out on various factors that may affect residents’ choice of medical treatment to find potential factors and solutions behind the problem.The research results show that the current level of community medical services and resource utilization in the city are generally not high.Residents’ first choice of medical treatment tends to large hospitals,and the impact of residents’ final decision on medical treatment is the result of a combination of factors,the level of institutional diagnosis and treatment,and the education level of residents.Differences in various factors such as cognition and cognition have led to significant differences in their attitudes towards common and chronic diseases,and medical treatment concepts and behaviors need to be further improved.The article aims at the problems found in the research and draws on the comparison of development experience at home and abroad,and puts forward the following suggestions: Firstly,we must strengthen the community medical infrastructure,improve the service function of the community,and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment;secondly,improve the residents’ medical experience in order to change the residents ’inherent knowledge of primary medical care and guide the sinking of basic diagnosis and treatment;finally,the relevant departments need to strengthen supervision and regulation,establish a series of performance evaluation and other mechanisms,promote the construction of community medical services,and regulate the order of residents’ medical treatment.
