Analysis And Evaluation Of The Clinical Effect Of Yiqi Tongmai Recipe On The Recovery Period Of Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Tongmai Recipe in the recovery period of ischemic stroke(qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm obstruction type),and analyze its effect on fibrin content(FIB),so as to evaluate its clinical value To provide an objective basis for further clinical promotion.Methods: 82 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,41 in each group.The control group was given basic Western medicine treatment in stric t accordance with the latest guidelines.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Tongmai formula on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.The changes of NIHSS,ADL,TCM syndrome score and FIB were observed before and after treatment.SPSS 21.0 was used to count and analyz e the numerical changes of each observation index,and to observe the blood routin e test,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and other safety test indexes of the two groups,so as to comprehensively evaluate the clinical effect Veness and safety.Result:1 A total of 82 cases were included in this experimental study,of which 1case was withdrawn from the control group due to loss of follow-up and 40 cases were actually completed.1 case was excluded during the treatment period due to the use of other drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.There were 40 cases in the control group and the treatment group.2 The treatment group and the control group had no significant difference in gender,age,combined underlying disease,and course of disease before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.3 There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P< 0.05),the treatment group was better The control group(P< 0.05)the difference was statistically significant.4 There was no significant difference in NIHSS score and FIB content between the two groups of patients before treatment(P> 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,it was significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).has statistical significane.5 There was no significant difference in ADL score between the two groups of patients before treatment(P > 0.05),which was higher than that before treatment and after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05)was statistically significant.6 Clinical efficacy: Comparison of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%,and the total effective rate of the control group was75.00%.The difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05)was statistically significant.7 Safety situation: There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:1Yiqi Tongmai formula has a significant clinical effect in the early recovery stage of ischemic stroke(Qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm obstruction type),which can effectively improve the symptoms of TCM syndromes and neurological function defects;2 Can improve the ability of daily life activities and improve the quality of lif e of patients;3 It can significantly reduce the FIB content in patients’ serum,reduce thrombo sis,thus reduce recurrence,and has good safety,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
