Clinical Observation Of Yipi Guben Decoction On Diarrhea (Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome) Of Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective: To observe and study the TCM syndrome integral,defecation character,defecation frequency integral and total symptom integral of Yipi Guben Decoction(Yipi Guben Decoction)in the treatment of diarrhea(diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome)of spleen kidney yang deficiency,and to understand the TCM syndrome curative effect,defecation character,defecation frequency curative effect and total symptom of Yipi Guben Decoction in the treatment of diarrhea(diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome)of spleen kidney yang deficiency The results provide the basis for the clinical application of Yipi Guben decoction.Methods: The outpatient cases of Professor Li Zhengsheng from December 2018 to January2020 were collected.60 selected patients diagnosed as diarrhea of spleen kidney yang deficiency(diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome)were numbered according to 1-60,and randomly assigned according to the random number table method.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Yipi Guben decoction,30 patients in the control group were treated by Henan Wanxi Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd The course of treatment is 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the symptom score,stool character,defecation frequency score and the overall symptom severity score of the patients in the two groups were observed.Safety was monitored during and after treatment,and evaluated after treatment.Results:Before treatment,the sex,age,TCM syndrome score before treatment,stool character and defecation frequency score before treatment,and the total symptom severity score before treatment were compared,P(29)0.05,but there was no statistical significance,but they were comparable.1.Completed cases: 60 patients were selected,30 in the treatment group,29 in the completion,1 in the shedding,30 in the control group and 30 in the completion.2.Basic data: the number of males is more than that of females,accounting for 61.67%and 38.33% respectively;the age of the disease is mainly middle-aged and elderly people,mostly aged 31-40,41-50,51-60 and 61-70.3.TCM syndrome effect: treatment group: 1 case cured,21 cases effective,6 cases effective,1 case ineffective,control group: 0 case cured,0 case effective,21 cases effective,9 cases ineffective.The total effective rates of the two groups were 93.1% and 70%,respectively.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Defecation character and defecation frequency effect: treatment group: 1 case cured,6 cases effective,20 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,control group: 0 case cured,0 case effective,11 cases effective,19 cases ineffective.The total effective rates of the two groups were 89.66% and 36.67%,respectively.5.Overall symptom severity effect: treatment group: 0 cases cured,20 cases effective,8cases effective,1 case ineffective,with a total effective rate of 96.55%;control group: 0cases cured,0 cases effective,15 cases effective,15 cases ineffective,with a total effective rate of 50%.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.6.There were no adverse reactions during and after the treatment in Yipi Zhixing Decoction group and Sishen pill group,and all safety indexes were normal with high safety.Conclusion: Through observation and study,it is found that Yipi Guben decoction can significantly improve the TCM syndrome,stool characteristics,defecation frequency and the overall symptom severity of patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).The therapeutic effect of Yipi Guben Decoction in the treatment group is better than that of Sishen pill in the control group,which is worthy of clinical application.
