The Correlation Between The Five Zang Organs And Meridians Was Studiedon Based On THz Wave Spectroscopy

Objective:The correlation of zang-fu organs,channels and collaterals is an important topic in the basic research of TCM,which is of great significance to expound human physiology and pathology,and to prevent,diagnose,treat and recover human body.Starting from qi,the core of zang-fu organs and meridians,this paper USES THz wave spectroscopy to explore the correlation between zang-fu organs and meridians.Through moxibustion five hole,test before and after moxibustion corresponds to the original hole THz potter character of main and collateral channels,to explore the correlation of of zang-fu organs and meridians,from the level of TCM gas to confirm the relevant theories of zang-fu organs and meridians,add modern scientific basis for theories of zang-fu organs and meridians,help to elucidate the qi phenomenon of acupuncture provides new train of thought and method,to find more breakthrough research and development of TCM theory.Methods:The THz wave was detected in 50 healthy college students.The yuan-source point of Five Zang Organs were Taichong of liver,Shenmen of heart,Taibai of spleen,Taiyuan of lung and Taixi of kidney.The skin and the detection window with a diameter of about 8mm were gently fitted by the subjects in proper position,the whole body was relaxed,the body remained motionless,and the eyes were closed Close it gently and keep it in a state,Repeat 5 THz radiation lines for each acupoint.After 15minutes of moxibustion(using moxa stick suspension moxibustion)on the front-mu points of Five Zang Organs,the Qimen point of the front-mu point of the liver,the Juque point of the front-mu point of the heart,the Zhangmen point of the front-mu point of the spleen,the Zhongfu point of the front-mu point of the lung,and the Jingmen point of the front-mu point of the kidney,the yuan-source point of the Zang Fu corresponding to the front-mu point were detected,and each point was repeatedly measured with5 THz wave radiation lines(the method is the same as above).THz spectral line processing is to average the 5 detected spectral lines with the image processing software provided by the testing instrument,and get an average spectral line.In order to facilitate the display of comparison differences,the difference between the before and after spectral lines(calculation formula of the difference:relative real fluctuation ART=radiation spectral line value after intervention-radiation spectral line value before intervention)is required to be drawn.SPSS 21.0statistical software was used to analyze the data.The data of this experiment was the measurement data.T test was used to analyze the difference of independent samples.X~2test was used to count the data.X±s(mean±standard deviation)was used to express all the measurement data.Results:Moxibustion on the Five Zang Organs and front-mu points can stimulate the sense transmission of the Zang Fu meridians and Qi,and at the same time change the corresponding meridians and meridians.The radiation intensity of THz wave was enhanced after moxibustion in both left and right meridians corresponding to the Five Zang organs.Although the enhancement intensity was not high,there was still a statistical difference in comparison with the weak THz wave radiated by the human body itself(P<0.05);In particular,the heart and lung meridians showed significant differences before and after moxibustion(P<0.01),and the spleen,liver and kidney showed significant differences before and after moxibustion(P<0.05);For the left and right hands(foots)of the same meridian,there was no statistical difference before and after moxibustion(P>0.05).Conclusions:Moxibustion on the Five Zang organs and front-mu points can stimulate the transmission of visceral channels and Qi,and change the corresponding channels and meridians and Qi at the same time;It was found that the difference of heart meridian and lung meridian before and after moxibustion was very significant,while spleen,kidney and liver meridians were relatively significant;It is found that there is no significant difference between the left and right hands(foots)of the same meridian,whether before or after moxibustion,indicating that there is no difference between the left and right hands(foots)in the regulation of the meridians by the Zang Fu organs in the normal people;It is found that the frequency of 3.584thz-1.290thz is the characteristic frequency of the original acupoint,and the study of this section can better show the characteristics of the original acupoint.This conclusion can provide a biophysical basis for further elucidating the relationship between the Five Zang organs and the Qi of meridians or between the Zang Fu organs and the Qi of meridians,provide more scientific basis for the research of the theory of Zang Fu organs and meridians,and provide theoretical guidance for the research and development of some related instruments in the future.
