Objective of the study,To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the clinical research on Jiawei Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation method for severe spleen and stomach weak pregnancy vomiting,in order to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,to find a clinical A treatment plan that makes doctors and patients safer and more convenient.Research methods,53 patients with weak spleen and stomach pregnancy vomiting in Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and the random numbers were divided into 2 groups,of which 27 cases in the treatment group were given Jiawei Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction orally + Chinese medicine fumigation + infusion;another control Twenty-six patients in the group were given pure infusion therapy.The treatment cycles of the two groups are 5 days.If the symptoms of anorexia and vomiting disappear,the medication can be stopped.If the symptoms of anorexia and vomiting do not improve,the next cycle can be carried out.The medication can be stopped in three cycles of treatment.Observe the improvement of patients’ clinical symptoms and signs,urine ketone body,Chinese medicine symptoms and other relatedindicators,analyze the two groups of experimental data using statistical methods,and draw conclusions.Comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation method for severe spleen and stomach weak pregnancy vomiting.Research results,1.Comparison of basic data in the group,Before treatment,the treatment group and the control group had a P value of >0.05 in terms of age,days of menopause,course of disease,frequency of pregnancy and delivery,condition,and urine ketone body.The difference was not statistically significant.Groups are comparable.2.Clinical efficacy results,(1)Observation and analysis of the total efficacy,The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 88% and 70.83%,and the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,which was statistically significant.It shows that the two groups of treatment programs are effective,and the treatment group is better than the control group.(2)Analysis of TCM symptom scores:,The treatment group outperformed the control group in terms of total TCM symptom scores and main symptoms,with significant differences(P<0.05).(3)Analysis of urinary ketone body changes,The treatment programs of both groups are effective,and the urinary ketone body conversion rate of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)Analysis of the time required for antiemeticthe two groups of treatment programs have improved the time required for antiemetic.After statistical analysis,the average days of the treatment group was 6.00±4.08 days,the control group was 9.96±7.64 days,and P =0.020(P<0.05)indicates that the treatment group is superior to the control group.(5)There were no allergic reactions and adverse reactions in both groups.Research conclusion,Jiawei Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation method has certain curative effect on the treatment of severe spleen and stomach type pregnancy vomiting,and it is safe and convenient for clinical application.This type of treatment plan not only improves clinical symptoms and signs,but also has convenient and safe administration routes,and a shorter course of treatment,which improves patient compliance and provides a treatment for clinicians.Feasibility plan for hyperemesis gravidarum.
