Clinical Observation On The Treatment And Blood Stasis Of Uterine Leiomyoma Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type With Lichong Decoction And Acupoint Application

Objective:To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of Lichong Decoction plus and minus combined with acupoint application on TCM symptoms of patients with uterine leiomyoma of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.To explore the possible mechanism of Lichong Decoction plus and minus internal administration plus acupoint application of TCM in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma,in order to explore a new safe and effective scheme of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.Methods:30 cases of uterine leiomyoma diagnosed in the gynecology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine and differentiated as Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were included in the research scope after informed consent.They were treated with Lichong Decoction plus and minus combined with cupoint pplication of traditional Chinese Medicine,observed and recorded the TCM symptoms,physical signs,uterine leiomyoma volume,uterine volume and overall efficacy of patients before and after treatment for three menstrual cycles,all the observation indexes were treated and analyzed by statistical methods,and the effects and correlation of Lichong Decoction drugs and acupoint application drugs were analyzed.Results:1.The correlation between the age of patients in this clinical study and the curative effect suggests that there is no significant difference in the effective rate of each age group(P>0.05).It can be considered that the change of the outerine leiomyoma volume after treatment in this study has nothing to do with age.2.The volume of uterine leiomyoma before and after treatment was recorded and statistically analyzed.The average uterine leiomyoma volume before treatment was 3.5±1.73cm~3,and the average volume of uterine leiomyoma after treatment was 2.52±1.56cm~3.There was a significant difference in the volume of uterine leiomyoma before and after treatment(P<0.01).3.According to the self-made TCM symptoms score table,the subjects were recorded and statistically analyzed.The average TCM symptoms score before treatment was 15.37±5.85,the average TCM symptom score after treatment was 6.50±5.13.There was a significant difference in TCM symptom score before and after treatment(P<0.01).4.The safety indexes were evaluated before and after treatment and during treatment,and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:This study found that the therapeutic effect of Lichong Decoction plus and minus combined with acupoint application on the treatment of uterine leiomyoma of qi deficiency and blood stasis type is definite,which can significantly reduce the volume of uterus and uterine leiomyoma,and the reduction of the uterine leiomyoma volume after treatment has nothing to do with age;The treatment of Lichong Decoction plus and minus combined with acupoint application can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with uterine leiomyoma of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,in which the hypermenorrhea,algomenorrhea,blood clot and abdominal pain during menstruation is obvious.The treatment is simple,safe and worth popularizing.
