Clinical Observation On The Acupuncture With Kaiqiao Jieyu Method Combined With Heat-sensitive Moxibustion For Post-stroke Depression

Research purpose:Acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion was used to treat post-stroke depression and observe the clinical effect,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of post-stroke depression.Method:The 60 cases in this study were all patients with post-stroke depression from the Department of acupuncture and moxibustion of Jiangxi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to October 2019.The patients who met the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group has 30 people,and every single one has signed the informed consent.The 2 groups both had treated with standard treatment and rehabilitation training.The patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion,The main points of the treatment group were shenting,Benshen,Fengfu,Baihui,Sishencong,naohu,Neiguan,Gongsun,Hegu and Taichong;the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture and thermal moxibustion;the main points of the control group were Shenmen,daling,Neiguan,Jimen,Xinshu,Hegu and Taichong,The treatment group and control group were treated 1 time a day,1 day rest after 6 days of continuous treatment,3 weeks for 1 course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of continuous treatment(both sides of the above acupoints were taken if the acupoints were Bilateral).The values of Hamilton Depression Scale,Barthel index scale and World Health Organization Quality of life scale were recorded before and after 3 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment.According to the change of Hamilton Depression Scale score as the criterion of curative effect,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared according to the Hamilton Depression Scale.Result:1.The general data of sex,age,course of disease and the scores of main observation indexes(Hamilton Depression Rating Scale,Barthel index table,World Health Organization short table of quality of life)in the two groups before treatment were all P>0.05,there was no statistical significance between the two groups,and the two groups were comparable.2.The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale in the two groups after 3weeks and 6 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and more significant lower than the control group.The scores of Barthel index table and the World Health Organization Quality of life simple table were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the scores of both treatment groups were significantly increased(P<0.01).3.The score of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale in the 6 weeks group was significantly lower than the 3 weeks group after being treated(P<0.01),and the score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The scores of Barthel index table and the World Health Organization Quality of life simple table were significantly higher than those of the three weeks after treatment(P<0.01),and the scores of the treatment group were significantly higher(P<0.01).4.At the end of the treatment,the cure rate of the treatment group was 3.33%,the apparent efficiency was 30.00%,the improvement rate was 56.7%,the non efficiency was 10.00%,and the total effective rate was 90.00%;the cure rate of the control group was 0%,the apparent efficiency was 16.7%,the improvement rate was 56.7%,the non efficiency was 26.7%,and the total effective rate was 73.3%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion can effectively reduce the depression symptoms of Post-stroke Depression,and the curative effect is significantly better than that of ordinary acupuncture.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion and common acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion has a good effect on post-stroke depression.2.The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke depression is better than that of ordinary acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion.3.Acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion can reduce the depressive symptoms of patients with post-stroke depression,It can improve the condition of depression,improve the quality of life of patients,and provide reference and new ideas for the clinical treatment and research of post-stroke depression.
