Action Research On Community Health Education Guided By Demand

With social development and transformation,China is rapidly entering the aging of the population,the health education of the elderly group has become a hot issue in today’s society,and the health education needs of the elderly group are in urgent need of the satisfaction of community health education activities.With the goal of promoting health education for the community elderly group,it is urgent for the community to carry out targeted health education activities,explore the practical content of community health education,fully mobilize the active participation of the elderly in the community,and improve the participation of the elderly group in the community activities.Social workers accurately grasp the demand of services is the premise of effective service supply,therefore,from the demand level to study the content and characteristics of community health education,to help improve the community health education service supply targeted and effective,improve the service supply level and quality.Based on the analysis of the current situation of health education for the elderly in The Z community in Beijing,this paper finds that the participation of the elderly in community health education is low,the community health education is generally formalized,and the problem of community activities and residents’ needs are not matched.Based on the problem of the effective demand and effective supply mismatch of community health education and service,the content of community health education and the characteristics of service demand are analyzed based on the research data of the elderly people in Z community who participate in health education.The study found that the needs of the elderly in the community for health education content and services are diversified.Combined with the current situation of community health education,it is proposed to establish the operation mode of community health education under the guidance of needs,to intervene through social work,step by step from assessing demand to responding to the repeated cycle of demand to perfect,in the study of action to find an effective mode of operation,Gradually form a targeted community health education system for the elderly.Thus,it effectively promotes the participation of elderly groups in community health education activities,helps the development of community activities,enables them to benefit more elderly people,helps the elderly groups pay more attention to disease prevention,establish health awareness,and make their quality of life and quality of life have been greatly improved.
